| In the "Rural Revitalization strategic plan(2018-2022)",the "talent" is also mentioned in an important position,pointing out that rural education should be done well.Under the dual social structure of urban and rural areas,people gradually focus more on the education of rural children.The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of rural children’s living environment,try to tap the advantages of rural education,and put forward the thinking of education product design for rural children.The main work as follows:(1)based on the current situation of rural education in China,this paper analyzes the significance of educational product design for rural children from the social and cultural background.Based on the theory of embodied cognition,Cite Space is used to analyze the frontier research direction of embodied cognition in China.By summarizing the relevant research cases at home and abroad,the outstanding performance of embodied cognition in education and learning is elaborated.The market development of children’s education products and the development of modern science and technology products that are highly involved in user’s body perception are summarized.(2)This paper analyzes the physical,psychological and cognitive characteristics of rural children,and advocates returning to the current physical and mental state and practical experience of rural children,and teaching them in accordance with their aptitude.This paper elaborates the influence of body on learning cognitive activities from two aspects: body participation helps understanding and thinking,and exercise experience improves cognitive ability.Combined with the characteristics of rural society,culture and natural environment,this paper analyzes the conditions and advantages of children’s harvest learning through embodied participation in rural context,and constructs a design model dominated by physical senses.(3)Through questionnaires,interviews,experimental observation,field visits and other methods to obtain information and data,the application of QFD(Quality Function Deployment)for data analysis.This paper classifies the needs by KJ method,calculates the weight of the needs by AHP method,constructs the house of quality(HOQ)of children’s education product design,and summarizes the main design points in the specific rural children’s education product design: guided learning style,parent-child interaction,effective use of rural resources,pleasant and changeable experience,etc.On the basis of the analysis,from the three levels of instinct,behavior and reflection,this paper puts forward four aspects of design strategies related to rural children’s education products: matching content and cognition,making up for the lack of emotion,enhancing rural identity and exploring more worlds.It also points out that we should pay attention to the learning motivation of rural children and the key points of guidance design.(4)Design practice: the final goal is to provide rich book resources.The design results include the hardware product design of rural children’s book donation and borrowing machine and the interactive design of rural children’s learning and care software,so as to bring the daily learning state of guiding education to rural children and provide useful practical materials for the Research on the development of rural children’s education.Through this exploration,it is preliminarily verified that the embodied cognition theory and QFD design analysis method have good applicability in the design of rural children’s education products.From the perspective of embodied cognition,it is helpful to explore the deeper problems of rural children’s education,pay attention to rural children’s education,do product design with rural children as the center,and find the educational advantages in the rural environment,The introduction of the use of rural resources,in order to achieve rural revitalization efforts. |
