The five major projects of “Made in China 2025” proposed to build smart factories and digital workshops in key areas to promote the interaction and integration of the virtual world and the real world.With the advancement of intelligent manufacturing strategy,the automation,intelligence and specialization of production equipment are increasing.The layout planning and management level of workshop equipment has become an important factor influencing enterprises' rapid response to market and product competitiveness.As a major equipment,marine steam turbines have become increasingly demanding for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing workshops and the intelligent management of equipment.At present,most enterprises still adopt a fixed and inefficient way to arrange equipment,lack of digital and transparent equipment management methods,and there are problems such as poor layout flexibility,low equipment utilization rate,and difficult to trace quality problems.It is necessary to apply intelligent methods to optimize layout.Design and innovate equipment management methods.In this paper,the key equipment and related data of a turbine workshop in a steam turbine plant are taken as research objects,and the following research is carried out to realize the intelligent transformation of the blade workshop:Firstly,based on the analysis of the current research situation of equipment layout method,equipment layout simulation technology,virtual and real fusion technology application and equipment visual management,the equipment layout method and visual management method of the blade workshop are studied,the existing problems are sorted out,and the demand analysis is carried out.It is more intelligent algorithm commonly used in equipment layout,analyzes the application advantages and significance of virtual and real fusion technology in intelligent workshops,and realizes the overall framework design of blade workshop equipment layout and visualization for virtual and real fusion.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation and demand of the blade workshop equipment layout,abstract the problem,determine the optimization goal,establish a multi-objective dynamic layout model suitable for flexible layout,design an improved genetic algorithm,and use MATLAB to verify the simulation.Thirdly,based on the optimized layout scheme provided by the intelligent algorithm,3D Experience is applied to perform 3D layout and simulation verification.It is feasible to verify the algorithm through multiple simulations,and provide an environment foundation for visual visualization management of devices for virtual and real fusion;combined with virtual and real fusion technology in the intelligentworkshop The application and implementation method gives a visual management solution for the blade shop.Finally,based on the Visual Studio 2013 development platform,using C# language,Microsoft SQL Sever 2014 and MATLAB development tools,design and develop the blade shop equipment management system for virtual and real fusion,and verify the key equipment of the blade workshop of a steam turbine factory as an example.In summary,through the research on the layout and visual management of workshop equipment for virtual and real integration,it realizes the flexible equipment layout and data visualization of virtual and real mapping suitable for the intelligent production needs of intelligent workshops,which is important for improving equipment management level and realizing intelligent workshop transformation.significance.
