| In the past two decades of development,our society has gradually changed from a young type to an old type,and the research on the design for the old at home and abroad has achieved certain results.In addition to the increasingly obvious aging of our country,real estate development across the country is also becoming saturated,which has greatly promoted the construction and transformation of the SI system housing for the realization of the full life cycle.In this context,many experts and scholars have done a lot of investigation and research in recent years,and have also carried out many renovation practices of existing buildings.Among them,there are many cases of elderly-oriented renovation,including some cases of industrialization.However,under the social conditions of a large aging population and a large number of existing buildings in urgent need of renovation,there are few cases of adopting industrialized means to renovate SI system houses for aging.For example,Liu Weidong’s renovation of nursing care facilities for the elderly in Anhuili residential area in Beijing is a case of using industrialized means to transform the elderly,but the designer did not conduct research from the perspective of design for the elderly,and focused on the transplantation of technical means.The author hopes to start with the intersection of elderly-oriented design,industrialized architecture,and existing residences,think from the perspective of age-appropriateness,and sort out a better strategy for industrialized age-appropriate transformation.This article uses industrialized renewal methods to transform the SI system residences to suit the old age.These SI system residences are derived from the structural adjustment of the standardized apartment types of first-line developers.The age-appropriate renovation is mainly centered on the optimization of apartment layout,integrated kitchen and bathroom systems,industrialized parts,etc.,to conduct age-appropriate design research.The design basis for aging adaptation comes from the previous research on the physiological and psychological characteristics and needs of the elderly.Finally,the feasibility of the SI system house of the whole life cycle is verified through the feasibility of the design.This paper is more than 77000 words and includes 102 charts. |
