| With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the number of urban residents is increasing rapidly,which brings great pressure to the living environment of urban residents,and the problem of urban domestic waste treatment is becoming more and more prominent.There are three main ways of harmless treatment of domestic waste: incineration,sanitary landfill and composting.Compared with the traditional treatment methods such as sanitary landfill and garbage composting,garbage incineration has the advantages of small land occupation,high treatment efficiency and small environmental impact,which can meet the requirements of reduction and harmlessness of municipal solid waste treatment.Moreover,domestic waste incineration can also generate heat energy and realize the secondary utilization of domestic waste resources.At present,there is little research on the risk management of the EPC model of waste incineration power generation construction projects.The academic research on EPC model construction project risk management focuses on the study of large-scale construction projects,such as railways and transmission lines,etc.,and consensus theories have been formed.This thesis is further extended on the basis of this theoretical research.The construction project of the EPC model of household waste incineration power generation has the common features of similar projects of the EPC model,but also has its own characteristics.For example,there are more uncertainties in the economic environment,political environment,and social risks.This dissertation focuses on general contracting companies,starting from the economic environment,political environment,and social risks of general contracting companies,to conduct risk management research on the EPC model of waste incineration power plants.First of all,it analyzes the domestic and foreign current situation of the risk management of this model,sorts out the related concepts and characteristics of the EPC model,and elaborates on the characteristics of the EPC model of waste incineration power plants.Then according to the characteristics of the EPC model of waste incineration power plant construction project summarized,reasonable and effective risk identification and risk assessment of this model are carried out.Finally,the countermeasures and methods are explained according to the different risk ratings of various risk factors listed,so as to improve the EPC model risk response ability of the general contracting enterprise’s waste incineration power generation project.It can also provide a reference for other general contracting companies to participate in waste incineration power generation projects or similar municipal engineering projects. |
