| At present,the plugging work is still done manually in most of the domestic oil plate manufacturers.The process is time-consuming and laborious that leads to a low processing efficiency and quality.The requirement of the oil separator increases with the popularization of automobiles,so manual steel ball plugging can neither satisfy the requirements of the high efficiency and high quality production of oil distribution nor meet demand of the growing market any more.To satisfy the current requirements of market and factory,a semi-automatic steel ball press-mounting equipment for oil separator is designed in this article.The main research contents are as follows.1.According to the structure of an oil separator and the sealing technology of steel ball,a new general design of non-standard steel ball press mounting equipment for this type of oil separator is proposed,including the main component structure,machining principle,overall layout and control system.2.With three-dimensional design software Solidworks,the structure of the positioning and clamping component,the press-mounting component,and the auto-filling component of the press-mounting equipment was designed.Its key components were also selected and determined.Thus,the auto-press mounting function and auto-filling function were all realized.3.The selection of electrical components and the design of pneumatic principle diagram are completed through the analysis of press mounting sequence.Based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC,the control system modules is selected and main circuit diagram is designed.The control system is programmed by the software TIA Portal V15,while the movement control of the solenoid valve,the clamping cylinder,the press mounting cylinder,and the displacement cylinder,is realized by the ladder diagram programming language.In addition,the man-machine interface of the steel ball pressing equipment is designed using labview2018.4.The problems that may occur in the use of the automatic steel ball press mounting equipment of oil separator is summarized.Then,the steel ball press mounting equipment was simply debugged to achieve the optimal state in production according to the actual production situation.The on-site test shows that the designed and manufactured oil distributor steel ball press mounting equipment meets the on-site production requirements and runs safely and stably.Its application in the production line will greatly increase production automation,and therefore reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the press mounting efficiency and quality of the oil separator. |
