Hydrostatic test machine(Hydraulic press)is a large-scale automatic testing equipment widely used in the steel pipe industry,the purpose of which is to detect the sealing of pipe body,the defect of steel tube and so on.In recent years,with the industrial production technology progressed in China and the market demand for steel pipe expanded,the domestic enterprises producing steel pipe have also greatly increased the output.At present,in the domestic special steel pipe production industry,it is necessary to use hydraulic press to check whether the steel pipe reaches the corresponding quality level.However,due to the low testing efficiency of traditional hydraulic press,the severe wear of sealing ring in hydraulic pressure test of steel tube,and the lack of theoretical data to support the driving device of clamping mechanism,the development of hydraulic press is seriously restricted.Therefore,dessertation combines with hydraulic press design experience at home and abroad,and attempts to design a multi-station hydraulic testing machine with high efficiency and end sealing and put it into practice,which solves the problems mentioned above.This paper mainly covers:(1)Design a multi-station hydraulic test machine and analyze the structure of important parts and principle of work;(2)I have analyzed the the finite element of end face seal gasket of the multi-station hydraulic press based on ANSYS workbench.This paper studies a method to verify the sealing condition and the strength condition by finite element analysis and produce the minimum actual specific pressure and the minimum load force on the steel tube under the water pressure test.On the one hand,the method satisfies the sealing condition and the leakage rate is within the allowable range;on the other hand,it can maximize the life of the gasket as much as possible,thus reducing the replacement of the gasket due to excessive loading during the hydraulic test;(3)I have used the View module in the ADAMS software to carry out three-dimensional modeling,parametric analysis and optimization design of the automatic clamping mechanism in the hydraulic press,and then find out the design parameters such as the length of each member of the hydraulic press.The optimization of the mechanism is very obvious in terms of energy conservation,reducing its maximum propulsion by 11.6%.And the average propulsion is reduced by 2.74%,which greatly reduces energy consumption and provides theoretical data for the clamping device;(4)I have designed the PLC control system according to the requirements of the components of the hydraulic press to further improve the working efficiency.Under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic press,the waiting time of the intermediate process is reduced as far as possible.Through optimizing the diagram in working(5)time of the hydraulic press,the inspection and feedback of the steel pipe position and the working position of the mechanism are strengthened to ensure that the hydraulic press works under ideal conditions.
