| The rapid development of construction industry has caused large amount of energy consumption. It is drawing more and more attention of our country to fully grasp the energy consumption situation, energy consumption structure and energy consumption distribution of the priority construction, and to improve intelligent management and integrated management in the field of energy resources. Through effective integration of energy consumption information and real-time energy consumption monitoring in the priority construction, the building energy consumption monitoring system provides data support for energy-saving management, energy-saving reconstruction and energy-saving policies. In recent years, with the country’s support and promotion, the building energy monitoring platforms of the municipal, provincial and ministerial level have been built. However, with the increasing monitered buildings and building parameters, the energy consumption monitoring system which simply uses the relational database as the core cannot meet the requirements in timeliness, throughput and supervisory ability. In order to solve the bottleneck of the current monitoring platform, the real-time database was used in the building energy consumption monitoring system to comprehensively optimize and improve the architecture and implementation methods of the system.Firstly, this dissertation summarized the research and development of the building energy consumption monitoring system and the real-time database, found out the problems through analyzing the structural characteristics of the building energy consumption monitoring systems which have been developed in our country, and clarified the research contents and research ideas. Then, the technology of real-time database was expounded, and the overall system architecture was designed according to the requirements of the building energy consumption monitoring system. At the same time, the data flow structure of the system was designed based on the real-time database and relational database, and the network topology structure is presented which can meet the requirements of data transmission. Through the design of this paper, a lager-scale building energy consumption monitoring system was built which integrates distributed system, real-time/relational database technology, virtualization technology, embedded system, browser/server access mode and client/server access mode together and is inner connected by the virtual private network(VPN). In the specific application design, architecture of the data center and data acquisition subsystem were designed based on the real-time database which can meet the needs of building energy consumption monitoring, the tags database was designed to be multifunctional, and the key functions of the system were realized based on the real-time database. Next, a test platform which is in line with the characteristics of building energy consumption monitoring was built and used to test the timeless and throughput of the system. Finally, the hardware and software of data acquisition and data center for a city building energy consumption monitoring project were developed which fully meet the requirements of customers, and achieved good results.The research of this dissertation shows that the application of the real-time database to the large building energy consumption monitoring system can massively improve its timeliness, throughput and supervisory ability, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data. |
