| Under the general trend of economic globalization,“Belt and Road” initiative is being actively responded to by many countries and actions have been taken to promote it.In addition,my country and circumjacent country have jointly prepared and signed an outline of regional cooperation plans on the vision of medium-and long-term economic and trade cooperation.The joint construction of the "Belt and Road" provides more cooperation opportunities for countries along the route,implementation of a large number of PPP projects,and project economic evaluation It is directly related to the future earnings of Chinese companies and affects the future development of Chinese companies.A good pre-project economic evaluation is vital to corporate decision-making and even development strategies.This thesis takes a road reconstruction PPP project in Southeast Asia as an example to analyze and evaluate its economy.Firstly,theoretical support is found on the basis of literature review and related theoretical research.Secondly,expounds the construction conditions and construction plan of the project,introduces the natural and social environment of the project,etc.Furthermore,the project investment estimation and fund raising are analyzed,and the change of traffic volume in the affected area after the completion of the project is estimated.Finally,according to the financing scheme,the project is evaluated financially and economically.Based on the analysis of financial profit level,loan repayment ability and other related indicators of the project financial evaluation,the national economic benefit,financial profit level and loan repayment ability of the project are analyzed to see whether it has a better ability to resist risks in the face of risks and changes in a variety of factors.Based on the above analysis,it is concluded that the project is financially and economically feasible.This thesis is based on the analysis method and thinking of economic evaluation of a highway reconstruction PPP project in Southeast Asia,which can be used as a reference for similar projects in Southeast Asia. |
