A Study On Economic Evaluation Of Mudanjiang Wanda Plaza Project

Project economic evaluation is the main indicators of the project from the main body of investment financial benefit, economic benefit and social economic benefit through scientific calculation, demonstration and analysis, then we can analyze the project is feasible. Project economic evaluation plays an important role in the project scientific decision-making, effective allocation of social resources, the optimization of the project investment structure and the efficiency of the project investment.In this paper, Mudanjiang City, Wanda Plaza construction project as the background, in the feasibility study phase of the project,the combination of theory and theory of project economic evaluation are used to analysis of the economic evaluation of the project in the feasibility study stage.This paper consists of five parts. The first chapter introduces the background, significance and research ideas of this paper. The second chapter elaborates the related theories of project economic evaluation; the third chapter of the project background, construction scheme, technological scheme and organizational management are introduced in this paper; The fourth chapter makes a research on the investment estimation and fund raising and the use of the project; The fifth chapter analyzes and studies the economic evaluation methods used in the project; The sixth chapter summarizes the paper and puts forward some suggestions.
