In the process of China’s economic development,the status of the construction industry can not be underestimated.With the acceleration of digital transformation in recent years,BIM Technology has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.At present,the application of Bim in the industry mostly stays at individual stages or a few function points in the whole life cycle.On the one hand,BIM Technology is only applied to a certain stage of construction engineering.For example,only using BIM Technology for animation display can not give full play to the advantages of BIM technology;On the other hand,always pursuing one or several software can solve all the problems in the whole life cycle.There is a lack of innovation in the depth and breadth of application,and few cases can prove that the adoption of BIM Technology can assist engineering projects to achieve innovative breakthroughs.Therefore,when adopting BIM Technology,the BIM team is required to be guided by the interests of the owner and all parties,driven by the innovative requirements of the project,and make innovative use of BIM Technology according to local conditions.The innovative application of BIM Technology can not only meet the realization of the unique functions and later benefits of the project,but also enable the BIM team to achieve sustainable development.BIM team cross-border behavior is an important measure to improve innovation performance.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the impact mechanism of BIM team cross-border behavior on innovation performance.In view of this,this study combed the relevant literature,sorted out the research status of the four core variables of team boundary-spanning behavior,knowledge sharing,innovation performance and inclusive leadership,put forward research hypotheses based on the status quo,constructed the theoretical framework model of this study,and collected the sample data of this study among questionnaire survey in Hebei,Tianjin Enterprises applying BIM Technology in Beijing and other regions launched questionnaires,and 265 valid questionnaires were recovered.Finally,AMOS24.0 and SPSS 22.0 software are used to analyze the collected sample data to further test the relationship and action path between these variables.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: first,the three dimensions of BIM team cross-border behavior(detection behavior,coordination behavior and envoy behavior)can positively affect innovation performance;Second,knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role between BIM team’s cross-border behavior(detection behavior,coordination behavior,envoy behavior)and innovation performance.The improvement of knowledge sharing level is conducive to the collision of ideas within the team to produce creative ideas,and then positive innovation performance;Third,inclusive leadership can regulate the relationship between BIM team cross-border behavior and innovation performance.Through this research,the specific action path of BIM team’s cross-border behavior on innovation performance is clarified,which provides novel ideas and directions for efficient management of BIM team and improving its innovation performance.
