| While benefiting greatly from the rapid development of engineering construction,engineering construction enterprises always face the challenge of controlling the delay of construction progress.How to effectively carry out construction progress delay correction management is a common practical problem faced by construction enterprises and their construction management team.The traditional project schedule management focuses on the optimization and improvement of schedule management technology and methods.Although human factors are mentioned in the existing research,they have not been deeply discussed.Therefore,this paper studies the management path of active correction of construction schedule delay from the perspective of team members’ internal work motivation.Firstly,taking “individual factors individual behavior organizational environment”of ternary interactive determinism as the theoretical framework,using self-determination theory and fs QCA method,based on the questionnaire data,this paper carries out multi factor configuration analysis from the perspective of internal work motivation.Three types of team members’ internal motivation configurations that can comprehensively act on the positive correction behavior of construction schedule delay are found.Among them,the characteristic of complex and challenging configuration is that members prefer to solve complex and new problems independently;The characteristics of self-confident exploratory configuration are that members have a strong desire to explore the unknown and a certain confidence in solving problems;The characteristic of autonomous exploration configuration is that members have a strong desire for exploration and a certain degree of work autonomy.Finally,in the process of deviation correction,the high sense of work participation marked by the acquisition and satisfaction of new knowledge and experience is the common element emphasized by the three types of motivation configuration.Secondly,based on the conclusion of configuration analysis,a framework management path of active deviation correction is designed.Including pre management led by training and learning;In-process management led by mobilizing enthusiasm;Afterwards management dominated by fair incentive.This study reveals the complex causal relationship between team members’ internal work motivation and active correction behavior of construction schedule delay.It provides a management strategy for the construction enterprise and the construction management team on how to effectively strengthen the internal work motivation of members and stimulate members’ enthusiasm to participate in the correction of construction schedule delay. |
