Commercial vehicles as important vehicles in my country’s logistics and transportation industry,which greatly promotes the rapid development of my country’s economy.However,due to factors such as vehicle cargo overload,high speed,braking failure,etc.,resulting in frequent accidents.As the load of the vehicle,the car bridge is the maintenance of the vehicle,and it is important part of the vehicle to affect the vehicle braking.At present,most vehicle brake failures are mainly caused by the high temperature of the axle,and the brakes become the main research object as a source of heat,and the detection method is fixed,the detection error is large,and the test is a single problem.It is greatly affected.The driving safety of the vehicle.Therefore,this paper uses STM8AF5288 TAY as a master chip to achieve integrated detection of brake drum and hub bearings,and design a commercial vehicle bridge temperature integrated display system with multi-position multi-sensor integration detection and real-time monitoring warning.This paper first studies the installation position regulations and detection methods of domestic and international vehicle bridge detection methods and detection system design,and proposes a multi-position multi-sensor integrated detection method.By calculating the vehicle axle braking moment,the relationship graph of temperature and braking torque is obtained,and the brake is used as the main source of the vehicle bridge heat,and the study of the heat and heat dissipation mechanism of the vehicle brake is achieved,and the brake heat coupling is performed.Simulation analysis,the temperature profile of the brake is obtained,providing the sensor to the installation of the brake friction lining.Then,STM8AF5288 Tay is proposed as a main control chip construction commercial vehicle bridge temperature integrated display system.The sensor module selects the PT100 patch temperature sensor and the infrared radiation temperature sensor to detect the brake friction liner and hub bearing temperature,based on functional requirements,considering controller module hardware design,and use C language and Verilog HDL language to implement integrated system Real-time communication with the sensors and displays,and complete the installation and commissioning of the commercial vehicle bridge temperature integrated display system.Finally,the test bench was subjected to simulation test,unfolding heating simulated vehicle emergency brake,forced braking and continuous braking for real vehicle simulation test.Test shows that the axle temperature integrated display system can accurately pass the vehicle bridge operation temperature information parameters to the display,and the temperature difference is within 5%.When the vehicle detects that the temperature value exceeds the safety threshold during operation,the integrated system will Voice and voice warning according to the setup program.The system has strong accuracy,good real-time,high reliability,and achieves the expected functional needs of the commercial vehicle bridge temperature integrated display system. |
