| The structure of electricity consumption has changed by economic development,and social electricity consumption has continued to grow,the State encourages diversified market players to jointly contribute to the development of smart grid.Under the guidance of national policies,Yunnan Province also vigorously develops green energy and actively constructs a new power system with new energy as the main body.The continuous expansion of power grid investment and consumers’ awareness of clean energy consumption constantly promote the development of the power industry at the provincial level,and play a driving role in power engineering and construction.Company A is an enterprise mainly engaged in the construction of high and low voltage lines,the installation and construction of substations below 35 KV,enterprises and residential power transmission and distribution projects,and integrates the business of power distribution,charging facility design,operation services and so on.After 12 years of development,the environment being in a constant state of change.Under the new situation,how to make the power transmission and transformation project business of company A sustainable development and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise has become an important research topic that the company must face.This paper takes the research on the business competitive strategy of power transmission and transformation business of company A as the theme.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the literature related to strategic management and power transmission and transformation business,this paper analyze the external macro environment and business environment of company A,and use strategic group to analyze the competitor environment to find out the opportunities and threats.Through the analysis of the company’s internal value chain,resources and capabilities,extract the core competence of the company’s power transmission and transformation engineering business.input the strengths and weaknesses into matrix,invite relevant experts to conduct questionnaire survey,assign weights to and score the key internal and external factors,it is concluded that the weighted score of the key external factors affecting the power transmission and transformation project business of company A is2.78,which is higher than the weighted average score of 2.5,indicating that the power transmission and transformation project business opportunity of company A is greater than the threat,and the power transmission and transformation project business can reasonably avoid the threat and take advantage of favorable opportunities;The weighted score of the key internal factors affecting the power transmission and transformation engineering business of company A is 2.54,which is higher than the weighted average score of 2.5,but very close to 2.5,indicating that the advantages faced by the power transmission and transformation engineering business of company A are slightly greater than the disadvantages,but the strategic planning of the enterprise still needs to be strengthened to highlight its own competitive advantages.On the basis of reviewing the vision and mission of company A,clarify the development strategy and objectives of company A,Put the key factors of opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages into the SWOT analysis matrix for combined analysis,formulate alternative strategies,use the QSPM matrix to optimize the three alternative strategies,and determine the focus strategy as the competition strategy that should be adopted for the competitive business of power transmission and transformation business of company A.In order to implement competitive strategy effectively,specific implementation measures are put forward: 1.Determine the target market;2.Focus on the needs of target customers;3.Concentrate the company’s resources and focus on the development of core business;4.Build the brand and penetrate the market;5.High quality service enhances customer loyalty.At the end of the paper,propose four safeguards:human resources,finance,project quality and safety,corporate culture. |
