| In recent years,the volume,safety level and service quality of China’s civil aviation transportation have been at the forefront of the world,and the construction of a strong civil aviation country has entered a critical period of transition and advancement.When the capacity of large hub airports is basically saturated,a large number of aviation market demand overflows to small and medium-sized airports.How to objectively and scientifically evaluate the comprehensive ground support capability of small and medium-sized airports in civil aviation and accurately control the hidden risks of small and medium-sized airports becomes particularly important.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The definition of ground comprehensive support capability of small and medium-sized civil aviation airports is analyzed from four dimensions: safety management capability,flight area environmental support capability,terminal support capability and ground special vehicle support capability,which lays the foundation for the establishment of follow-up indicators.(2)The index system of ground comprehensive support capability of small and medium-sized airports is constructed,and the index system,index content and index scoring standard of ground comprehensive support capability of small and medium-sized airports are constructed through expert discussion and consulting relevant rules and data.The examination contents and evaluation standards of each index are introduced in detail.(3)The evaluation model based on the combined weight cloud model is constructed,and the influence degree of each index on the ground comprehensive support capability of small and medium-sized airports is screened by combining the order relation analysis method and the entropy weight method.Determine the importance of indicators.The fuzziness of cloud model concept and randomness of membership degree are integrated into a model,which constitutes the mapping between the qualitative concept of ground comprehensive support capability evaluation of small and medium-sized airports and the evaluation values of each index of ground comprehensive support capability of small and medium-sized airports in this study,and thus the evaluation model of ground comprehensive support capability of small and medium-sized airports based on cloud model is constructed.(4)Improve and optimize the indicators with poor performance,and compare the effects before and after optimization by using Anylogic simulation,which provides a reference for the improvement of airport ground comprehensive support capability.Above all,this thesis studies the ground comprehensive support capability of small and medium-sized airports by using various methods,analyzes the influencing factors of the ground comprehensive support capability,and evaluates the ground comprehensive support capability of ZPJH by using the evaluation model.According to the evaluation results,it simulates and optimizes the poor performance indicators,and gives the corresponding optimization scheme,which provides a reference direction for the improvement of the ground comprehensive support capability of ZPJH. |
