In the past few years,my country’s low-altitude resources have been continuously released,and the vitality of the general aviation industry has gradually been stimulated.The number of general airports has exceeded the number of transportation airports and has continued to grow steadily.In order to fully consider the feasibility of the general airport site construction,ensure the future operation safety of the general airport,maximize the rational allocation of resources,reduce investment and operating costs,etc.,it is necessary to make optimal decisions for multiple sites.At present,in the optimization decision-making process of general airport site selection,there are few comprehensive analysis considerations on general airport construction and operation,and there is a lack of a relatively complete set of general airport site selection plan index system,and it is important for various influencing factors.Sex lacks a scientific and reasonable ranking.Therefore,in view of the existing problems,this paper mainly carries out the following research:(1)First of all,from general airport site selection of the many factors involved in the decision-making process,consider the optimization problem of uncertainty and randomness of the decision-making process indexes,constructing the tree hierarchy,select six first-level indicators,and consists of 22 secondary indexes,gived a set of relatively complete evaluation index system,the plan of site selection of general airport for general aspects such as the airport site selection scheme evaluation research laid the foundation.(2)Secondly,the plan of site selection of general airport evaluation index system,combining with the general airport site selection scheme index properties,respectively,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the G1 method and the variation coefficient method to carry on the subjective and objective evaluation indexes for empowerment,using game theory to determine the indicators comprehensive weight,got one,the importance of secondary indicators.(3)Thirdly,the comprehensive cloud representation method of target layer,first-level evaluation index and second-level index is analyzed,the evaluation set of index system is established and the cloud model is expressed,and the general airport site selection scheme evaluation cloud model based on the comprehensive weight is constructed.(4)Finally,the optimization decision-making process of the general airport site selection scheme is analyzed through an example,and the effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified.In addition,the influence of the fluctuation of the weight value of the secondary index on the comprehensive evaluation results is analyzed,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out.The results show that the model constructed in this paper has good stability. |
