Since the 21 st century,China’s urbanization has entered a period of rapid development,and the attractiveness of the population in urban areas is increasing.The large-scale loss of rural population and the disintegration of feudal families have made the decline of traditional Chinese villages increasingly worse.At the same time,modern life needs such as transportation and human settlements are also changing the face of traditional villages.Since 2012,in order to restore the decline of traditional villages,the Chinese government and relevant agencies have carried out the application and approval of traditional villages in the country.From August 2012 to June 2019,a total of five There are 6,819 traditional villages in batches,which will become an important step in the protection of traditional Chinese villages.It can be seen that,based on the difficult real environment of traditional Chinese villages and the strong support of government policies,this article attracts advanced foreign protection theory and methods and carries out research on the protection and development of traditional Chinese villages.The vitality of traditional Chinese villages has practical significance.Traditional villages are a special type of rural settlements.The reason why they are different from other rural settlements is that traditional villages are rich in rich natural and human resources.At the same time,the economic,social,historical,cultural,scientific,artistic and other parties have high masks.value.This article takes traditional villages as the research object and builds a localized historical heritage protection framework by understanding and extending the urban historical landscape theory,so as to solve the problems of traditional Chinese village protection today and propose a comprehensive tradition that combines heritage protection and economic development.Village planning strategy.The research of this paper is based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign traditional village protection status and the related theories of historical heritage protection.Firstly,the difficult dilemma of the protection of traditional Chinese villages is elaborated,so as to introduce the theory of urban historical landscape,and delve into its conceptual connotation With the core concept and construct a traditional village overall protection framework from association identification to layer analysis to protection and development.Then,this article takes the Tiantong historical and cultural village in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province as an example to the introduction of theory.This chapter clarifies the practical dilemma of traditional villages.From this,it introduces foreign advanced historical heritage protection theory and analyzes its core
