The Renewal Strategy Of Old Industrial Plants From The Perspective Of Urban Vitality ——A Case Study Of Jinan Brewery

With the advancement of urbanization and the transformation of industrial structure in China,more and more industrial land has lost its original role and function.The renewal and transformation of declining industrial plants has gradually become the focus of urban construction.However,a large number of old industrial plants not included in the protection system have been "razed to the ground" without thinking in the urban transformation.This paper hopes to change the previous "bulldozer" renewal mode from the perspective of "vitality theory",integrate the old industrial plants into the daily life of urban residents,fully tap the unique attributes and vitality connotation of the old industrial plants,and put forward the vitality promotion dimensions and constituent elements of the old industrial plants,Explore the renewal strategy of the old industrial plant,so as to realize the complementary effect of the heritage of the old industrial plant and the promotion of urban vitality.This paper analyzes the current situation and renewal trend of old industrial plants under the background of industrial structure transformation,further defines a large number of old industrial plants left in the city as the research object of this paper,and explores the feasibility of the renewal and application of vitality concept in old industrial plants.Based on the unique attributes of the old industrial plant and the perspective of urban vitality,three dimensions of promoting the vitality of the old industrial plant are established,namely "particularity","interactivity" and "connectivity".It further puts forward the renewal strategy of the old industrial plant from the perspective of vitality,that is,by inheriting the historicity of the old industrial plant,restoring the identifiability of the characteristic remains,and creating a unique sense of place,so as to continue the particularity of the old industrial plant;Promote the interaction of old industrial plants by increasing the diversity of functions and spaces,stimulating the publicity of external space and improving the concentration of buildings and public facilities;Improve the connectivity inside and outside the old industrial plant by strengthening the accessibility inside and outside the area and renewing the permeability of the internal system.Finally,the method of improving the vitality of the old industrial plant is applied to the research of Jinan brewery,the first renewal of Jinan brewery is analyzed and summarized,the effect of the first renewal of Jinan brewery is evaluated,and the renewal scheme is put forward according to its renewal status,so as to inherit the history and culture of the plant,stimulate the interaction potential of the plant and improve the interaction frequency of the plant.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to provide reference for the follow-up development of Jinan brewery and the renewal practice of urban old industrial plants in China.
