In today’s society,in the fierce industry competition,the importance of talents to enterprises is obvious.Talents are the core competitiveness of enterprise development trend.If enterprises want to grow rapidly,they must have sufficient talents to ensure.If it wants to achieve profitability,it must have excellent management talents and technical talents to support it.It can even be said that many times talent is the first capital of an enterprise.Whether an enterprise can cultivate talents depends mainly on the enterprise’s talent training system.The members who have been successfully trained by the company have stronger working ability,better working attitude,higher matching and coordination between employees and the company,and more cohesiveness and centripetal force,which is the basis for providing the company’s core competitiveness.Therefore,if a company wants to have sustainable competitiveness,it must have a strategic vision and give top priority to training.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the human resources training system of Company G.Company G is a tertiary medical device subsidiary of China National Pharmaceutical State-owned Enterprise,which undertakes the sales and distribution of China National Pharmaceutical Group’s equipment in Jilin Province.With the development trend of enterprises,the demand for employees is higher and higher.It is particularly important to improve the quality of all talent echelons.This paper takes Company G as the research object.At the beginning of the paper,it introduces the background of optimizing the human resources training system and the importance of training to employees and enterprises.The human resource management theories used in this thesis are determined,including Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Learning Organization Theory,and Skewed Evaluation Model Theory.Then,according to the scientific research on the current organizational structure,the current situation of human resource management and the current human resource training system of G company,this paper analyzes the deficiencies and reasons existing in the training of G company,so as to provide application for the improvement of the human resource training system of company G.Then,integrate the needs of employees and the actual situation of the company,the objectives and principles of optimizing the human resource system were determined,the needs of the company’s training were analyzed,and the overall training plan was formulated.At the same time,the implementation of the training plan and the evaluation of the training effect were optimized.Make training more systematic,more scientific and more reasonable.Finally,it provides guarantee measures for Company G’s human resources training system in terms of organization,system and capital,so as to ensure that Company G’s employee training work can continue to be carried out and run continuously and efficiently.This paper optimizes the human resources training system of Company G,meets the long-term development needs of the company,escorts Company G into a learning organization,provides sufficient power for the long-term development of the company,and realizes the common growth of the company and its employees.
