This paper takes Shandong Airlines Comprehensive Support Center as the research object.Through interviews and questionnaires to understand the current situation of human resources,training-related processes,employees' response to training activities,and the communication with department management,analyze the existing problems of human resources training at Shandong Airlines Comprehensive Security Center,In response to these issues,an optimization plan for human resources training is proposed.Establish a long-term evaluation and improvement mechanism to achieve the purpose of solving existing problems and taking into account long-term development.In addition,this article also proposes relevant measures to ensure the implementation of the plan.In order to understand the human resources status of Shandong Airlines Comprehensive Security Center in depth,the author obtained the human resources status data from the human resources department,including information on age,working age,gender,education level,etc Based on this,we conducted targeted interviews to analyze the real working conditions and habits of department employees,learn about motivation,and understand their views on the department's existing training activities.Then,this research designs a questionnaire on the effectiveness of human resources training,surveys employees' feedback on training relevance,training effectiveness,and clarity of training goals,understands the status of department employees after training,and analyzes the lack of existing training through employee feedback Provide guidance for subsequent training program improvements.After analyzing and judging the current human resources and training status of the department,it proposes a solution to the existing training problems of the organization and optimizes the training plan,and includes a feedback mechanism for the evaluation of the training effect in the program design.The long-term effect of the scheme brings assurance.Afterwards,this article designs guarantee measures for the proposed scheme and escorts the implementation of the training optimization scheme.The contents of the safeguard measures mainly include adding training resources,building an online learning platform,creating a learning organization,improving organizational learning capabilities,and establishing a competency evaluation system.Optimize post-training evaluation methods,improve the training-promotion mechanism,and increase the weight of training and promotion in employee promotion considerations.Through a comprehensive understanding and in-depth analysis of the human resources training of Shandong Airlines 'Comprehensive Support Center,this article proposes solutions to existing problems,long-term improvement programs and safeguard measures,with a view to providing effective improvements to the human resources training of Shandong Airlines'Integrated Support Center.
