| CHR Import and Export Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "CHR company")is a wholly-owned subsidiary of large domestic automobile enterprises.Since its establishment in 1986,it has been committed to the import and export trade of complete vehicles and parts.The company carried out optimization and reform in2017 and 2020 respectively.With the transformation of business model from traditional trade type to overseas marketing type,the company’s main business and development stage changed from the primary stage focusing on export trade to the expansion stage focusing on the layout of overseas markets and the construction of local marketing and service system.In order to implement the company’s strategy and highlight its main business,the company optimized its organizational structure,implements the overseas sales department system,reset the posts and staff at all levels,and adjusted their post responsibilities.Among them,the overseas sales department had the greatest impact and change,and the ability requirements for overseas sales staff were also improved.The company required overseas sales staff to better and faster insight and grasp the market,and efficiently explore,occupy and expand the market.With the rapid development of modern information technology and the advent of big data and digital age,it has had a great impact on the development of automobile industry.With the continuous strengthening of economic globalization,the competition of the automobile industry is becoming increasingly fierce in the overseas markets.Under the guidance of "One Belt and One Road" policy,export-oriented enterprises must pay enough attention to the training and use of international talents if they want to be better than their competitors.Facing the new market opportunities and challenges,transcendent requires overseas sales staff to master the corresponding product knowledge and sales knowledge in time,so as to quickly adapt to the company’s development strategic objectives.CHR company has set up basic training systems,but insufficient studies on the training needs and scheme designs for overseas sales staff.With the development of overseas market and marketing business,it has become the top priority to plan and carry out targeted,systematical,and practical training for overseas sales staff.How to research and design a distinctive overseas sales staff training program according to the human resource management and training theories of previous studies,combined with the enterprise’s strategic planning,business development needs and talent team status,is the key problem that needs to be solved urgently.Through analysis and research,training programs and implementation measures suitable for the development of overseas sales staff are designed to guide the growth and development of overseas sales staff,and solve the problems of unclear learning map and unclear growth path,which is the main goal of this study and program design.Based on the competency model,adult education theory and Coriolis four-level evaluation model,this paper applies the methods of literature research and interview research to deeply study,excavate and systematically analyze the main problems existing in the training objectives formulation,demand analysis,plan content,curriculum arrangement,training implementation and effect verification of overseas sales staff of CHR company.Try to design targeted training programs and implementation measures suitable for personnel development for the overseas sales department of the company,formulate scientific,reasonable and feasible training plans.Through the research,from the training system construction,training needs analysis,training courses design,cooperation lecturer selection and configuration,training institutions,training effect evaluation and guidance for tracking the whole process to improve optimization,effectively solve the current problems that learning map of overseas sales staff is not clear,and the growing path is ambiguous,so as to help overseas sales staff get better growth and development.Promote overseas sales staff to take the initiative to participate in systematic training,improve ability and work performance,better seize new market opportunities.It aims to help overseas sales departments improve sales performance,achieve the strategic development goals of the enterprise,and provide career development opportunities for employees with excellent performance,promote the common development of employees and the enterprise to achieve win-win situation. |
