| In the context of the rapid development of the knowledge economy today,the value of technology-based and management oriented talents is rapidly increasing,and high-quality human resources are important resources.Electric power enterprises are typical capital intensive and technology intensive enterprises,and the competitiveness of talents largely determines the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The training work of power enterprises is an important link in improving the quality of talent,which can enhance the ability and comprehensive competitiveness of employees.State Grid Company J,with the construction and operation of power grids as its core business,is a large-scale state-owned key backbone enterprise that is related to the lifeline of the national economy and national energy security.It undertakes the basic mission of ensuring safer,more economical,cleaner,and sustainable power supply.However,at present,there are still a series of problems in the training system of State Grid Company J for expert talents,such as unclear definition of training objectives,lack of targeted training courses,incomplete follow-up assessments,and incomplete "teacher apprentice" mechanism,which greatly affect the development of the company’s talent team,resulting in low enthusiasm for training and slow improvement of the ability level of internal expert talents,This has resulted in low efficiency in the allocation of human resources and an increase in labor costs,greatly affecting the improvement of company efficiency.This article takes State Grid Company J as the research object,using research methods such as data research,interviews,and questionnaire surveys to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the current status of the expert talent training system of State Grid Company J,identify the shortcomings of the existing training system,and propose targeted solutions to the problems discovered through competency model theory,adult learning theory,and Koch’s four level theory.Firstly,a systematic review of competency related research was conducted,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research;Secondly,a survey was conducted on the current training system for expert talents at State Grid Company J,and a series of shortcomings were analyzed;Once again,a competency model was constructed by extracting the key competencies of expert talents from State Grid Company J,and professional evaluation tools were used to evaluate 100 expert talents and reserve talents,combining performance and evaluation results analysis;Finally,based on this,suggestions for optimizing the expert talent training system of State Grid Company J were proposed: closely focusing on the three stages of expert talent development,taking the special career development plan of expert talents as the main line,setting stage goals for different development stages,adjusting the focus of work,and attempting to establish a phased training system for expert talents.In terms of training needs optimization,curriculum system construction Optimization measures have been proposed for the evaluation of training effectiveness and the "teacher led apprentice" mechanism.The research of the paper expands the application of competency model and quality assessment in the expert talent training system,applies the theory to the practice of training work of State Grid Company J,provides reference and reference for better cultivating the expert talent team of State Grid Company J,accelerates the improvement of human capital of State Grid Company J,and improves the comprehensive competitiveness of State Grid Company J. |
