| Soil curing agent as a new environmentally friendly materials have been widely used in the field of highway,water conservancy,etc.,fiber because of its good dispersion,stable performance characteristics in the application of curing soil also gradually deepened.This paper combines soil curing technology,preferably liquid soil curing agent and gelling material curing fine-grained soil,through a series of indoor tests such as unconfined compressive strength test,splitting test,freeze-thaw stability.To study the improvement effect of different dosing of glass fiber on the properties of composite cured soil such as unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,water stability,freeze stability and shrinkage.In order to mitigate the ecological impact of mining the stone required for traditional road subgrade materials,the feasibility of replacing traditional crushed stone road subgrade materials with fiber composite cured soils was studied in conjunction with the road performance of fiber composite cured soils.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows.(1)Glass fiber can improve the compressive strength and tensile capacity of the composite cured soil,and the fiber mesh structure bridges the soil microcracks and alleviates the formation and development of penetrating cracks.(2)Glass fiber can reduce the rebound modulus of composite cured soil,enhance the toughness of cured soil,and improve the curing deformation capacity.(3)Glass fiber can reduce the strength loss of the composite cured soil after waterfilled treatment and freeze-thaw cycles,and improve the frost resistance and water stability of the soil.(4)Glass fiber can reduce the composite curing soil can improve the curing soil shrinkage resistance,to alleviate the application of subbase due to uneven shrinkage or shrinkage caused by excessive material cracking.(5)urban trunk road as the object of study,the fiber composite curing soil instead of traditional gravel subgrade,the study of the structure to meet the road design index,the recommended form of pavement structure,to verify the applicability of fiber composite curing soil semi-rigid subgrade pavement structure. |
