With the rapid growth of private cars and the acceleration of urbanization,drivers’ travel demand is much higher than the level of road supply during peak traffic hours.Parking and ride(P&R)change can effectively improve this crowded traffic situation,and it is necessary to develop effective parking guidance strategies.In view of this kind of research,the domestic and foreign research results mainly focus on the parking guidance under the condition of single traffic travel,and the research results of parking guidance considering transfer are less.In this context,this paper studies the parking guidance method of drivers with transfer scenarios,and the specific results are summarized as follows:1)P&R intention survey.Considering the driver’ s personal factors,travel costs,travel preferences and other related factors,a questionnaire on the choice intention of parking and riding is designed based on the SP survey method of orthogonal experiment.The variance analysis and other methods are used to determine the important factors that affect the driver’ s choice of parking and riding,such as travel time,parking lot cruise time,and parking fees.2)Construction of a P&R selection model.This study comprehensively considered the driver’s travel time,late penalty,parking fees and other factors,to establish the the parking utility function.Finally,using the data in the questionnaire,proposed a P&R travel selection model under the transfer scenario based on the nested Logit model.3)Research on induction method based on parking occupancy equilibrium.The arrival rate and departure rate of the parking lot are predicted by using the parking replacement travel selection model.Taking the occupancy equilibrium as the objective function,a dynamic price adjustment method of the parking lot is constructed.The parking price was adjusted by determining the target occupancy,thus affecting the parking choice behavior to guide the driver to park.4)Validation and evaluation of parking guidance model.In this paper,the effectiveness of parking guidance method is verified and analyzed based on the numerical experiment environment of some subway networks in Shanghai.By comparing the experimental results with and without parking guidance,the method proposed in this paper can make the vehicle enter the parking lot evenly,and effectively avoid the vehicle crowding into the city center during the peak period,so as to reduce the congestion degree of the channel.At the same time,the exhaust emissions calculation method based on TRANSYT-7F found that the induction method proposed in this paper can reduce carbon emissions and is an environmentally friendly induction method.The dynamic price adjustment method based on occupancy rate calculates the elasticity coefficient of price to traffic demand.The results show that too high price will make the occupancy rate of the parking lot lose its elasticity.To ensure the full utilization of the parking lot,parking price should be set reasonably.
