| With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of residents’ living standards,relevant surveys show that private car ownership and residents’ travel demand are growing day by day,then there are problems such as the imbalance of parking supply and demand and unbalanced utilization of parking.Therefore,this paper aims to study the influencing factors of private car owners’ travel mode choice,and the impact of parking charge rate on private car owners’,so as to provide reliable suggestions for parking demand management,reduce private car trip rate,and alleviate traffic pressure and parking problems.First of all,this paper summarizes and refines the research on travel mode choice at home and abroad,expounding the influencing factors of travel mode choice,the research methods and theoretical basis of travel mode choice.Secondly,the questionnaire is designed by using RP and SP method.The personal social demographic attributes and attitude latent variables of private car owners are set as the contents of RP.The SP project of travel scene experiment was designed by using d-efficient method.Taking private car owners as the research object,a statistical analysis of the data is carried out based on the 612 valid questionnaires.Then,the choice model is established based on the utility maximization theory.The model considers the subjective attitude and heterogeneity of private car owners,which introduces two latent variables(private car loyalty and change resistance)into the utility function of alternatives to describe the personal psychological characteristics of car owners.In this paper,5 travel choice models are established based on logit model,latent class logit model and hybrid choice model.Through the comparison,the model 5,which integrates the attitude latent variables and the latent category model,can better characterize the individual heterogeneity,and achieves the best fitting effect.Based on the results of the model and the attribute distribution of various groups,the characteristics of different groups can be compared,and private car owners can be divided into four sub markets: "extremely loyal users of private cars","loyal users of private cars","less loyal users of private cars" and "general loyal users of private cars",of which shows different subordination probability,attribute sensitivity and preference.Finally,the relative risk ratio calculation method is used to analyze the impact of the parking charge rate on the travel sharing rate,and the local sensitivity method is used to study the impact of the parking charge rate on travel behavior under different tour chain types,parking locations and personal income factors.The impact of the parking fee policy on the travel choice behavior of private car owners is discussed in a multidimensional manner,and relevant recommendations are made on the parking fee management policy. |
