Under the current changes in the general environment,the needs of consumers have become diversified,the competition in the market has become increasingly fierce,and the price of raw materials has continued to rise,and the cost of labor has increased year by year.The annual decline of corporate profits decreases year by year.In the face of such a competitive and changing market demand,if manufacturing enterprises want to make profits or increase profits,they must comprehensively promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.The supply chain management,as a response to the everchanging market environment,utilizes limited operating resources and builds a lasting and profitable management mechanism,emerges as the times require.At the same time,the improvement of supply chain management is more and more praised by enterprises,and they can optimize their own supply chain management solutions to cope with market changes,reduce costs and increase efficiency,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The material management module is the core part of the company’s supply chain management.The original traditional manual scheme no longer meets the requirements of the new operation mode.Coupled with the development trend of intelligent visualization,the reform of material management scheme is particularly important.Excessive material inventory not only occupies a large amount of funds,affects capital turnover and returns,but also increases overall cost management expenses.At the same time,too much material inventory,as the bottom of a huge iceberg,covers up too many other problems in the factory,and it is impossible to expose the problems in time and solve them in time.To sum up,the optimization of material management scheme is urgent.Through the research on the current situation of material management in FTY company,this paper finds out that there are many loopholes in its material management process.Manual word-of-mouth communication fails to capture risks in a timely manner,resulting in many internal shutdowns and internal complaints.After in-depth analysis of the reasons for it,we found several influencing factors such as the lack of high and low storage supervision,and the untimely arrival of suppliers.Carry out optimization research on material management plan,propose improvement measures in line with actual production from the perspectives of planning,material,warehousing,logistics,etc.,and develop EOS,MRS,MPS auxiliary systems in line with FATY,thereby reducing the work of material management department.quantity and improve the efficiency of material management.This paper studies the current situation,analyzes the reasons,finds problems,and proposes solutions.Through field research,it proposes a feasible improvement plan that conforms to FATY.After a period of verification,it has achieved good results.Through the research on the material management plan in this paper,I hope to give some help to the subsidiary companies of FTY Company and the future re-construction of factories,and also hope to play a guiding and leading role for more peer companies in optimizing operation management and material management.Use our experience to help more colleagues avoid detours and solve material management difficulties as soon as possible.
