| With the further development of global economy and technology,the automotive industry has entered a new technological innovation period.The competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Meanwhile,under the impact of COVID-19,China’s automobile industry has also been faced with new challenges and shocks.Automotive enterprises are experiencing a more complex and changeable risk environment Which are like invisible time bombs,will bring huge negative impact on R&D projects,cause irreparable reputation or economic losses to the enterprise,and further weaken the enterprise’s market position and competitiveness.Therefore,improving the risk management level for R&D projects can not only ensure the success of the project,but also improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,better meet the challenges of the new market environment and achieve further breakthrough and development.Firstly,it expounds the research background and significance of the thesis,and summarizes the development and related research results of project risk management at home and abroad.On this basis,it further expounds and summarizes the basic concepts and theories of project management,R&D project management and project risk management,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the research of the paper.Then,taking the mode switch R&D project of LS company as the research object,combined with the R&D project process of LS company,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the current situation and problems of risk management of the R&D project of LS company;then,according to the project risk management theory,identify the potential risks existing in the mode switch R&D project,then evaluate the identified risks through the risk assessment hierarchy to determine the risk priority classification,and then formulate and implement the risk control strategies and measures;finally further ensure the smooth implementation and control of risk management scheme of R&D project.The research results on the risk management of R&D projects in this paper have a certain reference value for the risk management of similar automobile parts and components R&D projects.These results will lay a foundation for the company to further improve the risk management system of R&D projects. |
