Reactive structural materials(ESM)are metal-based materials with dual functions of energy and structure,which have become a hot topic of research in recent years because of their good chemical and kinetic energy.Ni-Al energetic materials are an important reactive structural material,especially in the field of concentrated shaped charge is extremely widely used.When Cu is added as a Cu-Ni-Al liner in the Ni-Al energy-containing material,the kinetic energy penetration effect of the traditional inert liner and the energy released by the chemical reaction of the reactive liner itself are closely combined with the damage effect of the target plate,and a better blow can be carried out on the target.Therefore,in this paper,the damage performance of the shaped charge jet on the 45# steel target plate by different ratios of Cu-Ni-Al reaction liner is studied,and the main research contents and results are as follows:Firstly,in order to study the effect of Cu content on the penetration performance of CuNi-Al reaction particle flow,by combining experimental research and theoretical analysis,Cu-Ni-Al powder drug type hood with 30%,50% and 70% Cu content of Cu was prepared by sinter-free powder metallurgy,and the static nail breaking experiment was carried out on 45#steel.The experimental results show that with the increase of Cu content,the penetration depth of cu-Ni-Al reaction particle flow gradually increases,the average reaming pore size gradually decreases,and the invasion pore capacity increases first and then decreases,reaching the maximum value at 50%Cu,compared with 30%Cu and 70%Cu,which increases by 5% and 15% respectively.Secondly,microscopic observation of 45# steel samples by optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)shows: the head and tail of all samples have a certain degree of tissue deformation after being penetrated by the Cu-Ni-Al shaped charge jet,and there are four different types of tissue regions.The element composition and content of the residual particle flow region and the white region were analyzed by energy dispersion spectroscopy(EDS)point scan and line scan,it was found that various chemical reactions occurred when the Cu-Ni-Al shaped charge jet penetrated into 45# steel and by comparing and analyzing the content of Fe element,the degree of reaction between Cu-Ni-Al shaped charge jet and 45# steel is obtained.: 30%>50%≈70%.The hardness of each region is measured using a Vickers microhardness tester sample.It is obtained that the hardness of the white area is the highest among all samples,and the hardness value of the tail tissue is greater than that of the head.The research results can be applied to the future research on the liners. |
