| With the increasing number of private cars in our country,the stereo garage has become one of the effective solutions to the parking problem.At present,the stereo garage mainly uses the photoelectric sensor to judge the vehicle parking status.With the development of computer science along with the direction of intelligent algorithms,image detection and sound recognition technology are used to improve the stereo garage detection and control system,which has become the trend of development.This dissertation by stereo garage control system as the goal,the vehicle appearance state detection and automobile engine noise environment recognition algorithm,designed and implemented based on STC + PLC to save state of vehicle detection and control equipment.The device provides technical support for the stereo garage,makes it more intelligent and safe.The number of accidents in stereo garage was significantly reduced.Firstly,the realization method of vehicle appearance detection is described.According to the actual appearance of the detection target,two single-stage target detection algorithms,SSD and YOLO,are proposed and implemented to detect the rearview mirror of the vehicle.The structure of each network is analyzed and the parameters of the model are optimized.Under the different target carries on the comparison to each model,will better detection result model applies in the reality.Secondly,by analyzing the vibration source and sound signal of idling,two solutions of engine recognition under noise environment are proposed.The peak detection method uses peak extraction algorithm to obtain engine sound characteristics after fast Fourier transform of sound signal.For the noise in complex environment,a method based on wavelet analysis and Support vector machine is proposed to identify the vehicle engine.The method first extracts the features of the engine sound using CWT,then uses the SVM algorithm to identify and classify the engine.Finally,according to the specific functions of the stereo garage detection and control system,the STC + PLC based storage vehicle detection and control device is designed and implemented.The MCU module circuit design and PLC electrical wiring design are completed to realize the data transmission between the detection and control system,automatic access to vehicles in the stereo garage,HMI touch screen completes interaction and other functions.The system was successfully deployed in the project site to implement the system operation and debugging.The detection and control system of waiting vehicles can fulfill the proposed functions.After a series of tests,the system does not appear abnormal and stable and reliable operation The related performance indexes of the device can meet the test requirements and greatly enhance the intelligence and security of the stereo garage. |
