The stereo garage is a comprehensive automated system that integrates storage and retrieval of cars.Its parking mode can effectively alleviate the shortage of parking spaces and traffic congestion.However,most of the stereo garages are built on the new site.For most of the cities that have completed the construction planning,due to the shortage of land resources,the contradiction between the construction of stereo garages and the growing demand for parking has formed.For this reason,a stereo garage built above a city street is proposed,and the requirements for urban construction land are reduced by using the space above the street.In this paper,the overall structure design,access strategy and control system of the garage are studied,which the main contents include:The overall layout of the stereo garage above the city street is determined.In the overall structure of the garage,the stress situation of the steel frame of the garage and the structure of the control system are analyzed,and the design of the user access process is completed.The strength and stability of the overall steel structure of the garage are analyzed.Considering the full load of the garage,the displacement and stress of the steel frame structure under the extreme wind load are studied by employing the FEM.On the premise of ensuring the overall stability of the steel structure,the cross-sectional size of each component is designed to be lightweight.Then,the first four modes of the optimized steel structure are solved.The results show that the maximum stress of the steel structure of the garage occurs at the connection between the two bottom columns of the middle of the garage frame and the beams and longitudinal beams,and that the maximum displacement occurs at the top of the garage steel frame;the weight of the optimized steel structure is reduced by 43.42%.The access strategy of garage is studied based on queuing theory.Based on the queuing theory,mathematical models of car storage priority strategy,car pickup priority strategy,in-situ reset strategy,and hybrid cross-access strategy are established respectively.Considering the peak period of car storage,the peak period of car pick-up,and the equivalent period of accessing vehicles,Matlab is employed to analyze the time required under four different access strategies.The results show that the on-site reset access strategy has the shortest average access time and the garage access efficiency is higher.The control system of the garage is designed according to the design requirements of the garage control system and the principle of in-situ reset access strategy.Mitsubishi f2n series PLC is selected as the controller of the garage.And the hardware of the PLC control system is designed.Then the I/O port is assigned,the ladder diagram of the control program is designed,and the program is simulated. |
