The Spatial Reconstruction Strategy Of Villages In The Fringe Of Big Cities Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization ——Take Moling Street In Nanjing As An Example

For a long time,due to the existence of dual structural barriers between urban and rural areas in China,the urban development speed is too fast,the development speed of rural areas is relatively slow,and the gap between urban and rural areas is obvious.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the construction and development of China’s rural areas.The proposal of the strategy opened the curtain of rural revitalization construction.This paper takes the villages in the fringe of big cities as the research object.Because the villages in the marginal area are located in the transition zone between urban and rural areas,they show the dual structure characteristics of mixed urban and rural areas.The rural characteristics of the village are mainly reflected in the good natural ecological environment and characteristic local folk customs.The characteristics of the city are mainly reflected in the better industrial base conditions of the village,the relatively perfect infrastructure construction and the high level of public service,the overall economic conditions of the villagers are relatively optimistic,and the employment modes are diverse.Under the background of urban and rural overall development and rural revitalization strategy development,the construction and development of villages in the edge of big cities will be more representative.From the perspective of spatial reconstruction,this paper summarizes the typical characteristics of spatial reconstruction of villages in the edge of big cities,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism of spatial reconstruction.By studying the overall goals,basic conditions and realization paths of village spatial reconstruction in the edge of big cities,this paper discusses the mode types of village spatial reconstruction under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward relevant measures to ensure the implementation of spatial reconstruction.This paper takes guanyindian Village,Yuanhu Village and Qiaobi Village,moling sub-district,as examples to conduct empirical research,and analyzes the path of spatial reconstruction of the three villages,and judges the types of spatial reconstruction modes to form spatial reconstruction strategies in line with village characteristics.This paper aims to provide some ideas and model reference for the planning and construction and future development of villages in the edge of big cities in the new era by constructing the spatial reconstruction strategy of villages in the edge of big cities.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following five parts.The first part,through the study of the realistic background and theoretical background of the villages in the edge of big cities,puts forward the purpose and significance of the research,and introduces the research method and framework system of this paper in detail.The second part,the theoretical basis and research overview.In this paper,the relevant theories of urban and rural spatial development are sorted out and discussed,and the research progress at home and abroad is summarized and summarized,aiming to provide reference for further exploring the characteristics,dynamic mechanism and strategy construction of village spatial reconstruction in the edge of big cities in China.The third part is a comprehensive analysis of the typical characteristics of villages in the edge of big cities,and discusses the factors affecting the spatial reconstruction of villages in the edge of big cities from the external and internal dynamics.The fourth part,according to the overall goal,basic conditions and realization path of spatial reconstruction,analyzes and summarizes three models of spatial reconstruction of villages in the edge of big cities,namely "tourism industry development type","characteristic agricultural development type" and "human settlement improvement type",and puts forward relevant measures to ensure the implementation of spatial reconstruction.The fifth part,the empirical research part of the paper,through the analysis of the background of the spatial reconstruction of Guanyindian Village,Yuanhu Village and Qiaobi Village on Moling Street,explores the path to realize the spatial reconstruction of the three villages,and puts forward the spatial reconstruction mode suitable for the further construction and development of each village under the background of rural revitalization.Figure[34] Table[9] Reference[87]...
