Research On Design Countermeasures Of Residential Overhead Floor Based On Environmental Behavior ——Taking The Overhead Floor Of Hefei K Project As An Example

At this stage,intensive land use and compact urban planning have greatly improved the land use efficiency.Under this influence,residential buildings reflect the tendency of high density,that is,the plot ratio increases and the building spacing decreases.Therefore,the greening and activity land of residents are limited.The appearance of overhead layer can alleviate the negative impact of high density to a certain extent.Of course,the problem also follows.Although the overhead floor appeared in Lingnan traditional folk houses as early as last century and was combined with modern architecture in Corbusier’s works,it is still a new thing for domestic common residential buildings,which urgently needs theoretical guidance.Community residents need an environment to carry socialized communication and activities in their daily life.However,what kind of space residents need and what forms of activities and exchanges they carry out need to go back to the plot of daily life,study the behavior of people in cities,communities,streets and parks,and reproduce the due scene of public space in the new space from the perspective of users.Therefore,environmental behavior,which studies the relationship between the external environment and people’s explicit behavior and psychological activities,naturally becomes the theoretical support for the reasonable design of overhead floors.Firstly,on the premise of clarifying the research background and development status,determine the research object,related concepts,research contents and research methods,and design the research structure and framework with environmental behavior as the main theoretical support.Secondly,according to the spatial characteristics of overhead floors of residential buildings,the theory of environmental behavior is introduced.Lock the perspective on the design of residential overhead floors,find the theory of environmental behavior suitable for the scope of this study,and clarify it in combination with the characteristics of the research object.In the research stage,the research is carried out on the overhead floors of residential buildings in Hefei and some cities in the Yangtze River Delta,the design results and use status of the overhead floors of residential buildings in Hefei and even the Yangtze River Delta are collected,and the existing space combination forms and design methods of the overhead floors are summarized and classified.Select the users of the overhead floors of several residential projects as the research object,and study the behavior habits of residents in daily life and the impact of specific environment on human behavior from the perspective of environmental behavior from the perspective of public space.Starting from the social behavior and leisure activities of residents in the overhead floor,observe their behavior characteristics and patterns,and record the problems in use.Analyze the problem through environmental behavior.Finally,based on environmental behavior,this paper puts forward the design countermeasures that can solve or optimize the use of residential overhead floors.Based on the previous research,the residential overhead floor of Hefei high tech kh6-1 plot project is selected as the design case.According to the local environment and its own characteristics of the project and the specific groups served by the project,the design scheme with functional suitability is formulated by using the design countermeasures proposed above.Figure [65] table [16] reference [42]...
