| With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the tire industry has also grown rapidly,and in order to meet the needs of different automobiles,the tire industry is constantly increasing its production capacity and at the same time constantly innovating,with more and more product styles and specifications.The journey of miles starts with one step,and for the four legs of the vehicle,the importance of tires to the vehicle is self-evident.In particular,the development of expressways this year has made the speed of cars continue to increase.In the high-speed driving process of vehicles,vehicle tire failure is often the most worrying and difficult to prevent for every driver,and it is also the main factor for sudden car accidents.Therefore,most countries and local governments around the world have studied and formulated relevant Safety standards and technical regulations for automobile tires.Through the research on tire regulations and technical standards of various countries,this paper finds that although there are different emphasis on tire performance requirements,the relevant basic safety requirements are basically the same,mainly divided into tire dimensions,tire marking,tire strength,tubeless tire bead unseating resistance,tire high speed performance,tire dudurance and tire rolling resistance.This research systematically analyzes the differences in the relevant test items of the three major international standards,CCC,E-mark and DOT.On this basis,focus on the unified development of the regulations in China,the European Union and the United States corresponding to passenger tires.The corporate standard for indoor tire testing.The enterprise standard includes 1 marking test method,1 dimension test method,1 resistance test method,1 strength test method,3 high-speed test method,and 1 durability test method.In order to verify the feasibility of this set of standard test methods for passenger cars,the company selected 205/55R16 91 V,which has the largest sales volume in passenger car tire tests,to test the set of enterprise standards and various regulations.It was found that the detection efficiency was increased by 100% and the savings Data on testing man-hours and testing costs and the number of tire tests used.In summary,this enterprise standard can meet the regulatory requirements of the three major markets for indoor tire testing.It can reduce the number of tire tests and improve the progress of product development,which has positive significance for tire companies to control costs and improve product development efficiency. |
