Research On The Measurement And Improvement Of The Modernization Level Of China’s New Energy Power Battery Industry Chain Under The New Development Pattern

The new development pattern of "domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promoting each other" puts forward new requirements for the development of China’s industrial chain.To build a new development pattern,the industrial chain must be strong.Therefore,"promoting the modernization of industrial chain" has become the most important link in building a new development pattern.As the key parts of new energy vehicles,the technical level and industrial scale of "power battery" are of great significance to the promotion of new energy vehicles.China’s power battery has formed a complete industrial chain,and its industrial scale and installed capacity are in a leading position in the world.It is a typical strategic emerging industry for China to realize "overtaking on Curves".However,there are still some problems in the development of power battery industry,such as high resource consumption in the upstream of the industrial chain,overcapacity at the low end and insufficient capacity at the high end.The modernization level of the industrial chain needs to be improved.On the basis of combing the evolution process of global industrial chain supply chain,combined with the new characteristics of industrial chain under the new development pattern,this paper defines the connotation of industrial chain modernization,This paper puts forward the connotation system of "three forces and three modernizations",including the essential connotation of "innovation ability","market competitiveness","industrial foundation support" and the connotation of the times of "security","digitization" and "ecology",and analyzes the restrictive factors and dynamic mechanism of the improvement of the modernization level of the industrial chain.Taking China’s new energy power battery industry as an example,firstly,the realization degree of its industrial chain modernization level is systematically analyzed from the industrial level,and its overall development status is obtained.Then,according to the connotation of industrial chain modernization and the restrictive factors and dynamic mechanism of industrial chain modernization,this paper constructs the index system of production chain modernization,and measures the "long board" and "short board" of each link of power battery industry chain from the enterprise level by using the objective entropy weight TOPSIS research method,Find out the key nodes such as "leading enterprises","core enterprises" and "innovative enterprises" in the upstream,middle and downstream of the industrial chain,and implement accurate policies to promote the steady improvement of the modernization level of the industrial chain.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the modernization level of the new energy power battery industry chain are put forward from four aspects: "relying on advantages to build characteristic regional industrial clusters","making precise efforts,forging long plates and making up for weaknesses","breaking factor constraints,strengthening the ecological cultivation of the industry chain" and "policy linkage,promoting the coordinated development of the modernization of the industry chain".
