| With the development of large scale wind power on-grid,China’s wind power industry has been no longer a separated.In order to maximize the economic benefits between industries,some industries related to wind power have cooperated with each other and develop synergistically.Now it has formed a vertically integrated wind power industry chain of technology development,parts and machine production,wind farm construction,and grid enterprises and users.However,it is inevitable that all relevant enterprises in the industrial chain would always neglect the coordinated development of the entire industrial chain for pursuing more benefits.In view of this,this research devotes to strengthen the coupling of wind power industrial chain,increase the concentration of wind power enterprises,and improve the technical and economic link within the industry.Starting from current development status of China’s wind power industrial chain,a comprehensive performance evaluation is conducted to propose optimization suggestions.At the beginning,based on the literature research,this thesis analyzes the development status of the upstream,the midstream and the downstream of China’s wind power industrial chain respectively.On this base,the performance evaluation index system is constructed.After that,the BC2 model and the C2R model in the data envelopment analysis are selected as industrial chain’s performance evaluation model where“year”is used as the decision-making unit according to the time series.Then,not only the“input-output”performance of every subsystem in the industrial chain can be evaluated dynamically,but also this coordination relationship between one subsystem to its nearly subsystem is clear to be expressed.This is one of the innovations of this research.From illustrative analysis,it is known that China’s wind power industry chain has cooperated with each other in the process of development in recent years.In another words,it has developed synergistically.In 2017,the input-output efficiency reached a relatively optimal.However,the coordination performance evaluation model is hard to identify direct factors related to the coupling development of the industrial chain.Therefore,the capacity coupling model of the wind power industrial chain is establishes based on the power function.Research the coupling mechanism between upstream,midstream,and downstream dynamically,and concluded that subsystems in the wind power industrial chain contribute to the coordination of wind power industrial chain system by some trends,every subsystem’s developing and its contribution to the whole chain may follow the shape of“S”.This part of the research fills the blank of the coupling mechanism analysis about wind power industry chain in china.It is the second innovation point of this paper.Based on the coordination performance evaluation and coupling mechanism about wind power industry chain in China,some key influencing factors are analyzed.Finally,optimization strategies for wind power industry chain developing synergistically are proposed.This research analyzes the development of wind power industry chain subsystems’ coordinated development in China in recent years.By analyzing the obstacles in chain’s coordinated development,some key influencing factors attracted our eyes.They are resource development,cooperation or concordance,policy support and market mechanism.At the end of this thesis,Based on the shortcomings of wind power in China,optimization strategies are proposed at the aim of providing a reference for the theoretical and practical management of wind power industrial chain. |
