| As China’s fertility rate declines year by year and the proportion of disabled elderly and elderly people increases, the process of population ageing is deepening and the family structure is also changing, gradually evolving into a "421" or even "422" form. The problem of ageing in the family is becoming increasingly serious and the traditional model of ageing is facing enormous challenges. In order to alleviate the pressure on the elderly and to build a healthy and active ageing society,China has launched a series of policy proposals to actively explore new models of elderly care that combine medical services with elderly care services, and is committed to achieving comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the cause of the elderly through optimal allocation of resources. However,in the process of actual policy promotion and construction of combined medical and nursing care projects, there are still problems with medical services, accommodation and radiation of primary facilities, functional configuration and spatial layout.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the physiological, psychological and social needs of the elderly is still needed to carry out differentiated design, provide a more convenient, comfortable, safe and welcoming environment for the elderly, improve the efficiency of resource utilisation, meet the diversified living needs of the elderly and promote China’s traditional family-based and institutionalised elderly care services to home and community-based elderly care services, adapting to the needs of the ageing population trend and social changes. This study will explain the two ways of combining medical and elderly care in China by comparing and analysing the current situation of related research and elderly care models at home and abroad.Through combing the excellent cases of elderly care spaces at home and abroad, comparing the current situation of community elderly care in China, analyzing the design methods of combining medical and elderly care services, the form of space layout, the form and function configuration of living room care, and the space flow, etc.Through on-site visits and research, the design problems are found and summarized. In the following study, the Guiyang Yanzhong Community Aged Care Service Centre is selected as the research object, and a specific design plan is made to describe in detail how the three parts of medical care, nursing care and aged care should be laid out in the community, and how to create a good community aged care atmosphere,to further explain the design points in the space, and to verify the practical significance of the updated design of the community aged care space under the combination of medical care and nursing care. This study has certain significance for the design of community elderly space under the combination of medical and nursing care in China, and is a reference value for improving the quality of community elderly services in China, promoting the sharing of medical and nursing care resources, and promoting the transformation of the elderly service model. |
