Large petrochemical enterprises are technology intensive and high-risk enterprises.Fires,explosions and injuries are common due to poor management of power grid switching operation.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the processing capacity and management level of petrochemical enterprises have been greatly improved.However,the research on the operation plan management of non Petrochemical backbone disciplines is not deep enough,resulting in the management level of non Petrochemical backbone disciplines represented by power grid switching operation management lags behind the overall management level of the unit,Become a short board for safe and stable operation of the unit.It is of great practical significance to carry out the research on power grid switching operation management of large petrochemical enterprises.This thesis takes the power grid switching operation management of we company during shutdown maintenance as the research object.Firstly,it describes the current situation of power grid switching operation management of we company,and points out the existing problems: maintenance,operator slowdown and stagnation;Each participant in the operation is not ventilated with each other and the contradiction is reborn;Poor enforceability of operation plan,frequent rework of maintenance construction and switching operation.Secondly,using the theories of organization design,management communication and network optimization,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of low implementation rate and poor enforceability of the operation plan in the power grid switching operation management of we company: the professional management organization design is not targeted;Passivity and randomness of team communication;The preparation of operation plan is idealized and fragmented.Finally,aiming at the causes of the problems in the preparation of power grid switching operation management plan of we company,specific improvement methods and guarantee measures are put forward from three aspects:specialization of organization design,standardization of team communication and systematization of plan preparation.Through combing the problems of power grid switching operation management during shutdown and maintenance of we company,and combined with relevant theories,this thesis puts forward the improvement methods and guarantee measures for the preparation of power grid switching operation plan.The management organization structure,communication system and operation plan preparation method of electrical specialty in petrochemical enterprises formulated in this paper can not only provide reference for power grid switching operation management of we company during shutdown and maintenance,but also provide reference and Enlightenment for non backbone professional operation management of large petrochemical enterprises.
