Research On Quality Management Of Line Loss Control Project Of GW Company

In 2020,energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises become an important issue of concern to the state and all walks of life.As a part of the energy industry chain in China,the discussion of energy conservation and emission reduction of electric power enterprises is of great significance to the development of green economy and the implementation of sustainable development of the country.Line loss is one of the most important indicators.Due to the late start of intellectualization in power industry,insufficient related management experience and technology,a series of problems have been exposed in the process of line loss control.Therefore,finding an effective way to improve the efficiency of governance and ensure the quality of governance has become a common concern in the industry.This thesis studies the quality management of line loss control project in GW Company.First,through discussing the current situation of energy conservation and emission reduction and the overall situation of line loss in China’s power industry,the importance of line loss control work to the development of power industry is discussed.This thesis summarizes the current research on line loss control at home and abroad through a comprehensive discussion of the literature at home and abroad.At the same time,the management theory involved in line loss control is summarized.Secondly,it introduces the personnel and organization of GW Company,and focuses on the background,content and current progress of line loss control project.According to the status of the project,the quality problems of the project are analyzed by using the tools of Five Elements of Field Management,Fishbone Diagram,etc.in the four stages of data collection,fault handling,work acceptance and summary assessment.Based on the analysis results,the responsibility of the project is divided and the workflow is refined using the work breakdown structure.A matrix project group was designed to clarify the composition of the organization’s personnel and the responsibilities of its members.Combining with Deming’s cycle theory,the quality design of project work is carried out according to the four stages of Deming’s cycle theory,and standardized work is formulated.Through redesigning the whole project,a closed-loop of line loss control project quality work is constructed.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth operation of the project,corresponding guarantee measures are put forward from three aspects: organization,information and technology.This thesis studies the quality management of GW company’s line loss control project,which can help the company solve the existing quality problems,and also help the company improve the project quality management system.At the same time,through systematic research and scientific summary,a set of line loss control project management scheme with strong adaptability,rigorous structure and significant benefits is designed,which provides a valuable reference for line loss control projects in other areas.
