| Human resources are an important driving force for urban development.However,the housing problem has become more and more serious with the development of the city,and it has become the main pressure on the life of talents in this city.Aware of the seriousness of the problem,local governments have introduced suggestions for alleviating relevant housing pressures.Some local governments recommend that qualified enterprises build housing for staff under government regulations.Enterprise Y responded to the government’s call to build a life section for employees in its industrial park.The research object of this thesis is the Y enterprise employee living building project,which is the first engineering construction of this living sector project.The project is a welfare construction project independently invested by the enterprise,which is built in the enterprise industrial park and does not generate any economic returns.Therefore,to optimize the quality of the project under the most controllable cost input is to maximize the benefits of the project.Quality management is a pursuit direction and an important task of modern industries.The construction industry carries the safety of people’s lives and property,so the quality of buildings is the most important thing.The analysis and research of this article are based on the related theories of project quality management,combined with the quality management of the Y enterprise employee living building project.First of all,this article uses the 4M1 E method to analyze the current status of the project quality management,and finds out the quality management problems in the five major aspects of human,material,machine,method,and environment.Then obtain further data support through the questionnaire survey,and analyze that the root causes of the main problems are the poor quality management awareness of the personnel and the imperfect quality management system construction.Next,this article aims at the key issues of the project and uses the PDCA continuous improvement model to propose quality improvement measures one by one.The goal of the suggestions is to continuously improve the overall quality of the project in the PDCA cycle operation,emphasizing continuous improvement of the project quality.The research on the quality management problems of this project reflects the common problems existing in the quality management of the construction project promotion process.The quality management of construction projects is constantly exploring and improving in keeping with the needs of the times.Every analysis and discussion combined with specific projects,specific situations,and specific issues is a practical rethinking of existing quality management theories and methods.Each conclusion drawn is an accumulation of knowledge in this field,which has a certain value and significance for the improvement of the quality management level of construction projects. |
