allows the development of products to meet the diverse needs of users,faster occupation of the market.The extension creativity generation method in Extenics is applied to the modular conceptual design of glue-pouring machine.The combination of formal and quantitative methods can better solve the defects of products and help enterprises to carry out diversified and effective product innovation.However,when users manually generate modular conceptual design ideas,they are prone to problems such as creativity omission,human factors,and calculation errors.Therefore,it is imperative to develop the related creativity generation system,which can automate the creativity generation process of the glue-pouring machine modular conceptual design,quickly generate more effective ideas,and help product designers to design more innovative products.It has important application value.In this thesis,combined with the professional knowledge of modular conceptual design,product extension creativity generation method and system development,taking the process and actuator of glue-pouring machine as an example,the extension modular conceptual design creativity generation system of glue-pouring machine is studied and realized.The main research contents are as follows.1.Starting from the process and executing mechanism of the existing glue-pouring machine,the process matter element table and executing mechanism matter element table of the glue-pouring machine product are established by using the basic element model establishment method,and the basic database of the process and executing mechanism of the glue-pouring machine is established.By using the related rules and divergence rules,the knowledge of the related rules and divergence rules of the process and actuator of the gluepouring machine are obtained,so as to establish the related rule database and divergence rule database.Through the extension transformation,the defect elements of the glue-pouring machine process and actuator are transformed to obtain the knowledge of transformation rules,so as to establish the corresponding transform database.Set up corresponding stored procedures and methods under the basic database,rule database and transform database to facilitate insertion,deletion,modification and query of corresponding data2.According to the related field knowledge,combined with the modular conceptual design method,the process and actuator of the glue-pouring machine are divided into modules.Then according to the retrieval matching rules of the basic element,the extension modular configuration process of the glue-pouring machine process and the actuator is studied,which lays the foundation for the creativity generation of the extension modular conceptual design.3.The creativity generation process of the extension modular conceptual design of the glue-pouring machine is studied.According to this process,the overall structure design,function module design and main method design of the creativity generation system of the extension modular conceptual design of the glue-pouring machine are carried out,and the development and implementation are carried out.Combined information of product components and the rule knowledge required for creativity generation.Combined with the creativity generation process,the data in the basic element database,the rule database and
