| In order to fully implement the strategic goal of "new urbanization" put forward by the Party Central Committee and accelerate the implementation of the relevant strategic provisions of the planning outline for the equalization of basic public services in Guangzhou,all governments firmly grasp the idea of "people-oriented" and vigorously promote the equalization of public services "As an important starting point of people’s livelihood work,building a public service system with reasonable distribution and clear functions that can cover wide development areas is the achievement of economic development and reform and opening up,which is shared by the whole people.This thesis takes the rural community sports park in Guicheng Street,Foshan as the research object,takes" spatial layout "as the starting point and" equalization "as the goal to explore the layout of community sports park,which has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the perspective of equalization of public service facilities,this thesis analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction and spatial layout of community sports parks in Guicheng Street,Foshan,and puts forward the overall idea,basic principles and optimized location strategy path of spatial layout and location,so as to further optimize and improve the spatial layout of community sports parks.By analyzing the current situation of the development and construction of community sports parks in Guicheng Street,this thesis explores the spatial layout of community sports parks from the perspective of equalization.Firstly,the number and distribution of community sports parks and the types of sports facilities in Guicheng Street are investigated,and the existing problems are analyzed;Second,analyze the basic economic,population and sports development of Guicheng Street,investigate the use of community sports parks by rural community residents in Guicheng Street,and understand the differences in the use of community sports parks by different groups;Thirdly,based on the current situation investigation,the spatial analysis of rural community sports parks in Guicheng Street is carried out to judge whether the spatial layout of community sports parks is equal with accessibility.Finally,based on the above problems,combined with the thinking of public service equalization,this thesis puts forward the layout optimization strategy of rural community sports park in Guicheng Street.The research conclusions are as follows:（1）The distribution of rural community sports parks in Guicheng Street is uneven,the per capita index value of quantity and scale is low,and the allocation level is not high.There are great differences in the area of sports venues between different communities,and there are few types and functional types of sports facilities in some communities,which is difficult to meet the different needs of community residents for physical exercise,（2）The accessibility of Guicheng Street Community Sports Park Based on GIS presents spatial imbalance.The communities with better accessibility are Xiabei,Xianan 1,Xiaxi and dong2,which are located in the street center.The communities with poor accessibility are linyue,Pingsheng,East District and central district.The distribution characteristics mainly show that the accessibility of the Street Center area is the best and decreases outward in turn.（3）Based on the needs of equalization and the realization of the goal of "15 minute fitness circle" in Nanhai District,Foshan City,the layout optimization of Guicheng Street Community Sports Park should follow the principles of fairness,adjusting measures to local conditions,comprehensive utilization and demand.On this principle,we should solve the shortage of sports facilities,Fully considering the accessibility and fairness of park location and the needs of population characteristics differentiation,this thesis puts forward the spatial layout optimization strategy of rural community sports park in Guicheng Street. |
