| With the rapid development of the cosmetics market and the continuous increase in sales,the market is becoming more and more competitive,and the packaging waste behind it is spreading rapidly.To make their products stand out,companies may use excessive and flashy packaging,which not only wastes resources but also increases packaging garbage,destroying the ecosystem and endangering human health.Nowadays,our country vigorously promotes the concept of green development,and consumers’ concept of environmental protection takes shape gradually.In this context,the importance of reduction design is further highlighted.To reduce the problem of cosmetics product waste polluting the environment and destroying the ecological balance,we need to continuously promote the concept of green development and the reduced cosmetics products to our society.Based on the concept of green development,the possibility of reducing the structure,material and space of cosmetics products was explored from the perspective of reduction based on the knowledge of Extenics.To solve the three contradictory problems of reducing the parts of eyebrow pencil and not reducing the function,reducing the material of water lotion bottles and not reducing the wall thickness,and reducing the space of bottles of foundation liquid and not reducing the volume,the author expanded a variety of design strategies for reduction and select the scientific and reasonable design solutions.Firstly,the theories and methods related to Extenics and reduction design were investigated,and the steps and process of creation generation of reduction design based on Extenics were proposed.Secondly,through market research and analysis of cosmetics products,he summarized the current situation of reduced and eco-friendly cosmetic products,and conducted stakeholder research to explore their needs and constructed a demand model,and proposed the design principles for reduced cosmetics products.Thirdly,according to the demand model and design principles,the three main categories of product containers of eyebrow pencil,water lotion and foundation liquid were subjected to extension reasoning,and a variety of feasible creative design strategies were obtained through extension modeling,extensible analysis and extension transformation,and the optimal solution was selected by quantitative analysis using the superiority evaluation method.Finally,specific design practices were carried out according to the principles of reduction design,3R principles and CMF design strategies,etc.The feasibility of the innovative solutions and the validity of this research are verified in multiple dimensions through market feasibility analysis,quality reliability analysis,reduction control analysis,and feedback from the evaluation of cooperative enterprises.Through the research on the reduction design of cosmetics product,the steps and process of creation generation of reduction design and the direction and principles of cosmetics product reduction design were proposed to provide theoretical reference for the continuous innovation of cosmetics products.In addition,a stakeholder demand model and extension model of three contradictory problems were constructed,and extension reasoning and design practice were conducted for the reduction of eyebrow pencil structure,water lotion bottle material and the bottle of foundation liquid space,which solved the contradictory problems in the reduction process,so that all three innovative solutions were evaluated and accepted by enterprises.It reduces the production cost of enterprises while reducing the consumption of resources,increases the profit and social responsibility of enterprises,and provides a valuable practical case reference for promoting the greening of the cosmetic industry. |
