Design And Research On The Landscape Of Cold Residential Areas In Adapting To The Demand Of Aging

At present,all countries in the world will be affected by the aging tide of population,and the current situation of China’s residential areas has been unable to fully meet the needs of the elderly.At the same time,the aging process of China’s population is also urgent,residential landscape and other supporting projects need to adapt to the aging design elements into the continuous integration.To understand the physical and psychological changes of the elderly on the requirements of the residential area,through the way of questionnaire survey analysis of cold residential areas for the elderly landscape design status.The following countermeasures can be followed in the research of suitable aging design of landscape architecture in cold residential areas in China.Namely: safety guarantee strategy for adapting to functional aging,micro climate for adapting to physiological comfort of the elderly,strengthening strategy for adapting to psychological pleasure of the elderly,etc.So that the cold residential area through rich landscape design,for the elderly to live and provide cold,comfortable space.With the development of contemporary China’s economy and society,the age structure of China’s population has gradually changed from young and mature to old as time goes by.At present,the aging of the population is a pension problem faced by many cities in China.The gradual improvement of the supporting facilities for the aging design of residential areas can alleviate or even gradually meet the actual needs of the elderly.In China,the current old-age housing policy is based on home-based old-age care,residential old-age care and institutional old-age care.In the above three categories,home care is undoubtedly the elderly choose the most.Therefore,home care project construction is of great significance.The ultimate goal of constructing a good home-based old-age care project is to build an effective home-based old-age care system for the elderly.This paper compares the policies and cases of home-based care at home and abroad to sort out the living habits and basic needs of the elderly in China.Through comparison and study of the pension that occupy the home works construction in our country the status quo and existing problems,combined with cold climate,environment and landscape characteristics of residential,and cold residential home pension mode in China’s landscape design features of the optimal aging compiled reference in the promotion of the results,in order to promote the improvement of the relevant design standards and escalate.Taking the completed project of Harbin baoyu tianyi lanwan landscape as an example,the author conducted an empirical study on the design and explored the suitable aged landscape with certain popularization.According to the living habits and pension needs of the elderly,this paper analyzes the impact of landscape design for aging on the activities of the elderly.The landscape of the residential area is suitable for the aging construction,we should accelerate to the aging of the population of our country and track.The formulation of design standards should be in line with China’s home-based old-age care policy.It is of great significance to build a home-based old-age care space suitable for cold and old age,and further expand the landscape construction of residential areas and the landscape system suitable for cold and old age.
