| In recent years,with the development of emerging technologies such as 5G,internet of things,big data and artificial intelligence,as well as the intensification of industry competition,the automation instrument industry has shown the development trend of intelligence,networking and high precision.In order to meet these trends,companies in the industry are increasing efforts to develop new products.In this context,this thesis,based on the theory of new product development and process optimization,starts a study on the optimization of the new product development process of WX company.Firstly,it describes the current situation of the new product development process,selects key indicators of the process through the expert scoring method,and uses the key performance indicator method to identify problems with the new product development process.Secondly,using the Pareto Diagram principle,four subprocesses of new product development process are selected as the process diagnosis object,which are customer demand analysis sub-process,product detailed design sub-process,prototype assembly and test sub-process,engineering technology change sub-process,and diagnose the causes of the problems by drawing flowchart and ASME analysis.Thirdly,use the ESEIA tool to design the optimization scheme of new product development process,including reengineering the customer needs analysis sub-process,optimizing the detailed product design sub-process,simplifying the prototype assembly and test sub-process,and improving the engineering technology change sub-process.Finally,this thesis also formulated the implementation plan and guarantee scheme of new product development process optimization scheme of WX company to ensure it can be smoothly implemented.The research of this thesis will help WX company to shorten the cycle of new product development process and reduce new product development expenses,then improve the core competitiveness of the company.At the same time,the research process and conclusion of this thesis can provide reference for other process optimization research of WX company. |
