| With the advent of industry 5.0 and the rapid development of the Internet,intelligent buildings have found new opportunities for development through "Internet +".The traditional network communication technology based on TCP/IP protocol has a huge hidden danger of security,and the increasing incidents of intelligent building network system being attacked and invaded also fully prove this point.In order to accelerate the Building Automation System(BAS)towards the direction of integration,intelligence and networking,BACnet protocol emerges as The Times require.BACnet protocol is one of the most widely used protocols in today’s intelligent buildings.In the era of rapid development of Internet,BACnet/IP protocol constructs a promising security architecture.BACnet intelligent sensor(B-SS),as the starting point of automatic control system,is the most commonly used equipment in BACnet building automation system.Its main function is to detect information,such as temperature,pressure,flow,and so on,and send the obtained measurement value to the upper computer.With the rapid development of intelligent buildings nowadays,the market demand for B-SS equipment is gradually expanding.However,the different interfaces of various sensors designed by manufacturers,the complexity of protocols and the difficulty of developing thresholds make it difficult for traditional sensors to easily access BACnet/IP networks.At present,The research of sensor interface based on BACnet/IP protocol is still relatively few,so the traditional sensor can not be directly connected to BACnet/IP network.This paper studies the research and development of an embedded module of B-SS device based on BACnet/IP.Based on the traditional sensor,STM32 chip is used as the main control chip,and BACnet/IP protocol is transplanted to the chip through Ethernet.A safe compatible interface is designed for the same type of sensor.After being connected,it can communicate stably with BACnet protocol communication software and become standard B-SS equipment,which greatly broadens the scope of use of sensors and gives intelligent buildings more choices in equipment selection.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic,and leads to the research significance of B-SS embedded module based on BACnet/IP protocol.Then,the BACnet protocol is analyzed by combining the modules,including important object attributes and other concepts,and the overall design scheme is constructed.Finally,according to the required functions to complete the hardware selection,the main control chip STM32 and Ethernet chip W5500 circuit design,and can improve the measurement accuracy of AD sampling circuit design,PCB drawing.Software design specifics to set access port first,and then build BACnet standard object,then the corresponding initialized using the module,according to the protocol message transmission system in this paper,the software program design idea,finally through the access to different types of sensors to message response test,the final conclusion,confirmed the validity of this topic research. |
