In today's world, along with the rapid development of economic globalization, port shipping trade between countries is becoming more and more frequent.Ports in the world trade not only play the role of cargo transfer, but also play an importa nt role in promoting economic development.Faced with the complexity and uncerta inty of the world economic situation, the Chinese government is actively implement ing some major national strategies such as the “Belt and Road Initiative”,the Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and promotes the rapid development of China's ports. At the same time, although China's port construction has developed rapidly, there are also many wastes of resources, especially in many river ports in China. In recent years, illegal docks in some sections of the Yangtze River have caused disturbances in the rapid development of Yangtze River shippin g,which has restricted the important supporting role of the Yangtze River channel i n serving the economic development of riverside cities. The requirements for the de velopment of inland waterways and integrated transportation systems still exist great ly.gap.Therefore,studying the efficiency of inland ports to promote sustainable ec onomic development in the region and surrounding areas has become a current focu s.This paper mainly studies the efficiency of the inland river port of the Yangtze River system, and uses the DEA model and the super DEA model as the main bo dy to conduct a comprehensive static analysis of the efficiency of the upstream,mi ddle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River system, and then use the Malmquist p roductivity index to analyze the dynamic efficiency of the inland river port of the Yangtze River.supplement.The basic steps of the core empirical evidence are as fo llows:Firstly, this paper uses the traditional DEA model to evaluate the overall effici ency of the 16 river ports in the Yangtze River system in China from 2014 to 2017.The evaluation results show that the integrated technical efficiency of the inland river ports in China is low, mainly due to the low scale efficiency;Based on the o verall efficiency analysis, the 16 ports studied in this paper are divided into basins to compare the research efficiency. The results show that the overall efficiency of t he lower reaches of the Yangtze River is the highest, and the port development ind ustry in different basins of the Yangtze River system in China has shown the area in recent years.Development imbalance;Secondly, using the super-efficiency DEA model to obtain the mean value of the super-efficiency value and the mean value o f the port cargo throughput, the overall axis of the super-efficiency mean-port cargo throughput mean matrix is established corresponding to the coordinate axis, accordi ng to the 16 ports in the matrix The different distributions in the figure classify th e ports and find that many ports are still thin ports. Finally, the Malmquist product ivity index model is used to explore the dynamic efficiency of the Yangtze River water system in China over the past few years and the development trend of port productivity in the next few years. The results show that China from 2014 to 2017 The overall productivity of the inland river ports of the Yangtze River system is o n the rise, and the overall development potential of the Yangtze River water system is extremely large.Combined with the above research, the author puts forward effective counterme asures in response to the “One Belt and One Road” to improve the overall effici ency of the port, strengthen the port planning and optimize the port area efficiency, strengthen the port construction to improve the efficiency of individual ports, impr ove the port information level and promote the total factor productivity. It can impr ove the efficiency of inland ports, reduce the imbalance of development in the Yan gtze River basin, and better support the social development of the Yangtze River E conomic Belt.
