Under the economic background of economic globalization and the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,with the rapid development of enterprise groups and resource integration,it is increasingly important to build a scientific and reasonable management system to enhance the role and efficiency of centralized fund management.The specific choice of centralized fund management mode is inseparable from the overall impact of its group control mode.The organic combination of centralized fund management and group control mode is an effective measure to flexibly deal with the complex and changeable economic environment and increasingly fierce market competition.An enterprise group should build a complete centralized fund management system and apply it in combination with the group’s control objectives and multi-level main structure.Baofa Construction Group,the research object of this thesis,is a large comprehensive construction enterprise.In the face of the drastic changes in the industry environment and the increase of operational risk and capital risk,the group has formulated the development strategy for the new period and is accelerating the transformation to the group management and control mode of strategic control.However,its fund management has gradually exposed problems such as inaccurate strategic positioning,unreasonable business process design and imperfect fund management process.The fund management is ineffective and deviates from the goal of strategic control group control.Therefore,it is of great significance for the sustainable and healthy development of Baofa Construction Group to build an effective centralized fund management system under the strategic control mode,iteratively reshape and highlight the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the above research background,this thesis first puts forward problems through analysis,defines the research significance,and determines the research content and ideas.Then it describes the relevant concepts,basic theories and research status,and expounds the connotation of centralized fund management system under the strategic control mode.Next,it studies the current situation of fund management of Baofa Construction Group,describes the objectives and requirements of fund management under the strategic control mode by using the strategic map,and finds the problems in the fund management of Baofa construction group by using the methods of questionnaire,interview and historical data analysis.Finally,according to the new strategic positioning,this thesis puts forward the design scheme of centralized fund management system under the strategic control mode,and makes a specific design from the aspects of organizational structure,business management process and operation management process,so as to ensure the realization of fund strategic objectives.In addition,this thesis puts forward corresponding safeguard measures to support the smooth implementation of the centralized fund management system.To sum up,the research on the centralized fund management system under the strategic control mode of Baofa Construction Group can effectively improve the strategic management ability,efficiency,security and collaborative value creation ability of funds,promote the implementation of the group’s strategy,and provide reference for other enterprise groups and companies in the same industry.
