The Production Performance Observation Of Jingding Duck And Youxian Partridge Duck And The Correlation Analysis Of OPN Gene And Egg Quality

The study is aimed to measure the production performance and egg-quality of the captivity Jin Ding duck and Youxian Partridge duck,and respectively analyze the correlation on the behavior of each egg quality;To adopt the PCR-SSCP method to detect Jin Ding duck and Youxian Partridge duck osteopontin(OPN)gene polymorphisms of exon 7,and the polymorphism on Jin Ding duck and Youxian Partridge duck egg quality traits of correlation analysis,the test results can provide theoretical reference for Jin Ding ducks and Youxian partridge duck breeding,improving the quality of production performance and eggshell molecular markers,the results are displayed as follows:1.Jin Ding duck,Youxian Partridge duck fertilization rate were 66.58%and 64.75%respectively;Fertilized eggs hatching rate were 85.46%and 87.75%respectively;See the egg day age were 108 d,95 d respectively;Age at first egg were 139 d,126 d,respectively;300 days of age egg production of 112,112 respectively Green shell rate were 98.89%,36.24%respectively.2.the egg quality result:Jin Ding duck average egg weight was 72.55±5.23g,eggshell strength was 3.95±0.79kg/cm2,egg-shape index was 1.30±0.04,shell thickness was 0.43±0.04mm,yolk color was 12.00±0.53,Protein height was 9.60±1.77,haugh unit was 93.87±10.08.Youxian Partridge duck average egg weight was 66.79±4.79g,eggshell strength was 3.61±0.63kg/cm2,egg-shape index was 1.33±0.05,shell thickness was 0.44±0.04mm,yolk color was 11.24±0.50,Protein height was8.49±1.36,haugh unit was 89.02±7.32.3.The Jin Ding duck egg quality traits of correlation analysis:eggshell strength and shell thickness was significantly positively related(P<0.05),the correlation index was 0.367;yolk colour and Protein height(haugh unit)were significant negative correlation(P<0.05),the correlation index was-0.237(-0.345).The Youxian Partridge duck egg quality traits of correlation analysis:egg weight and eggshell strength was significantly positively related(P<0.01),the correlation index was 0.267;eggshell strength and shell thickness was significantly positively related(P<0.01),the correlation index was 0.654;yolk colour and Protein height(haugh unit)were significant negative correlation(P<0.05),the correlation index was-0.199(-0.235).4.Using PCR-SSCP and sequencing in captivity Jin Ding duck and Youxian Partridge duck OPN gene detects a mutation(T→C)and detects the TT,TC and CC3 kinds of genotypes.Jin Ding duck TT,TCand CC type of gene frequency were 0.260,0.420 and 0.320;T,C gene frequency was 0.470 and 0.530 respectively;Youxian Partridge duck TT,TC and CC type of gene frequency were 0.220,0.430 and 0.350.T,C gene frequency was 0.435 and 0.565 respectively.After correlation analysis three kinds of genotypes and egg quality traits found that Jin Ding duck CC type eggshell strength was significantly higher than that of TT and TC;CC shell thickness was significantly higher than that of TC and TT;in the Youxian Partridge duck also got the same result.
