Blueberry,also known as bilberry,blue berries,belonging to the azaleidae（Ericaceae）cranberry（Vaccinium spp）clusters of shrubs,is a broad market prospects,high economic efficiency of small berries fruit trees.Blueberries like the cold weather,many experts and scholars believe that blueberries are not suitable for planting in Guangdong Province,So there are many problems in the introduction and cultivation of blueberries in Guangdong Province,This article through our university has introduced more than 20 blueberry varieties adaptive screening,seed breeding,Water and fertilizer and matrix series of studies,draw the following conclusions:1.Through the selection of more than 20 varieties of blueberry adaptability screening,Found the most suitable for planting in Guangdong Province（different regions of the province）blueberry varieties:rabbit eye series-’garden blue’,’Baldwin’,’blue beauty’,’bright well’,’Premier’,’Pink blue’;South high series-’Misty’,’blue rain’,’South good’.’Sharp blue’,’O’Neal’due to poor weather in Panyu,the survival rate is low need further study.2.The main breeding techniques are as follows:Guangdong Province,blueberry cutting propagation of the most suitable time for the autumn branches after hardening,Take the blueberry under the branches of the cuttings to do better cutting propagation.The NAA treatment with 500 ppm concentration was the best for promoting the growth of Garden blue cuttings.Garden blue tissue culture with medium formula（1）1/2MS+BA_1.0+NAA_0.1is more suitable for the induction of Garden blue callus formation.3.Screening of blueberry cultivation substrate,the ratio of cow dung:peat 1:4was the best for the growth of blueberry and the lowest cost.4.In the production application,when the continuous ten days without rain in the summer,the average temperature of 30℃,relative humidity between 65%-95%,South high blueberry potted soil moisture content of 11.4%should start the automatic drip irrigation system equipment Drip irrigation,this time the South high blueberry potted dry days up to no more than ten days.5.Blueberry foliar nutrient solution formula in the blueberry WPM tissue culture media formulations is not halved better,watering essential nutrient solution to prevent blueberry from the disease risk of being short of nutritional elements.6.Commercially available plant activin（Improve soil and crop quality）and red sweet（Increase fruit sweetness and quality）can significantly improve the chlorophyll content of blueberry leaves,and the effect of activin was better than that of red sweet.Lactic acid bacteria could promote the growth of blueberries and increase chlorophyll content Significant effect,in which the way leaves the leaves a little more effective way.
