Egf And Jing Wan Hong Ointment To Study The Clinical Efficacy Of Skin Injury

Skin trauma is pet clinical common disease,may cause the skin ulcers,and a series of complications will seriously affect the quality of life of sick pets.For skin trauma situation,at present in small animal clinical mainly uses the chemical medication,has combined with traditional Chinese medicine to promote better repair of the skin.This test by observing the Epidermal Growth Factor EGF(Epidermal Growth Factor)and the influence of traditional Chinese medicine in animal skin wound healing and to explore the EGF and traditional Chinese medicine in animal skin trauma clinical application.Test one: At different concentration of EGF effect on skin wound healing in rats.Choose 72 healthy rats,randomly divided into 6 groups,group 1 as the blank group,make skin full cut model 2 ～ 6 group,among them,2 as the model group(not putting-in-service proactively medication),3 ～ 5 groups respectively putting-in-service proactively low,medium and high dose of EGF,6 for controlled drug treatment group(using Singapore SODAGA treatment),dosing 1 times a day,continuous dosing 28 d;Group and group 1(blank),the second group(model group)test the rat wound clean such as volume of normal saline.Regular testing each skin healing of rats,hematology index,serum biochemical index(serum propagated,TP content),cell factor index(TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6),and histological examination.The results show:Serum propagated,TP content change trend obviously increased;Serum IL-1,a significant reduction in the IL-6 content change trend;The increase of content of serum TNF alpha was significantly reduced,better play to promote healing of skin effect;Test two: Observation of EGF and compound Jing Wan Hong ointment effect on experimental rabbit skin wound healing.Choose healthy experimental rabbit 60,randomly divided into 5 groups.Group 1 as the blank control group,2 ～ 5 groups make full cut layer model,group 2 for the model control group;3 for EGF treatment group,the use of doses of EGF in drug delivery;4 groups of compound Jjing Wan Hong treatment group,using Jing Wan Hong ointment for the medicine;5 for EGF + Jing Wan Hong group,combination.To 1 times a day,to 28 d.Records on a regular basis experimental rabbit clinical signs,tested periodically healing after the operation situation,hematology index,serum biochemical index(serum propagated,TP content),cell factor index(TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6)and gathering histological indexes.The results show: The combination group and EGF can improve the serum propagated,TP content to promote the circulation of the blood protein;The combination group and EGF group can improve the content of serum TNF alpha;And the EGF group and combination group were significantly improved experimental rabbit skin healing of healing biopsy cases in.The results showed that the dose of EGF can promote healing of full-thickness skin cut rats obviously.EGF and compound Jing Wan Hong ointment can be in different extent promote the healing of skin wound,and the use of EGF + compound Jing Wan Hong ointment to influence the effect is obviously better than EGF and compound Jing Wan Hong ointment group alone.
