| The study purpose was to investigate the effects of different concentrations of calcium poly malic acid on growth metabolism,small intestinal mucosa morphology and intestinal microbial community structure of broilers.In a single factor randomized trial,294 AA broilers of 1 day old were randomly divided into 7 treatment groups with 3 replicates in each treatment group.The test period is 42 days.Based diet control according to the conventional water,feeding experiment Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ group were added in the drinking water 2 ml/L,4 ml/L,6 ml/L liquid calcium poly malic acid and experimentⅣ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ group add 4 g/kg,8 g/kg,12 g/kg of solid calcium poly malic acid.At 21 and 42 days,6 animals were randomly selected for slaughter in each group,and their related growth metabolism indexes,small intestinal mucosal morphology and intestinal microbial community structure were measured respectively.The test results are as follows:1.Effect of calcium poly malic acid on growth and metabolism of broilers.In 21 days,group Ⅳ(4 g/kg)measured weight was significantly higher than the control group 5.1%(P<0.05),the material weight ratio was significantly lower than the control group 11.54%(P<0.05)and other experiment group,and group Ⅳ(4 g/kg)abdominal fat rate is higher than other experiment group,group Ⅳ(4 g/kg)highest thymus weight and thymus index promotion effect were 27.35%and 24.95%,respectively(P<0.05);Group Ⅳ(4 g/kg)cooked meat rate increased by 6.97%(P<0.05),water loss rate and water loss was reduced by 5.92%and 14.67%respectively(P<0.05);The values of muscle color a and b in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total number of white blood cells in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The contents of triglyceride and uric acid in the test group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the contents of calcium were significantly increased(P<0.05).The antioxidant capacity,total superoxide dismutase,superoxide dismutase and catalase contents in the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the determination results at the age of 42 days had the same trend.2.Effect of calcium poly malic acid on intestinal mucosal morphology of broilers.At 21 and 42 days of age determination Ⅳ(4 g/kg)of jejunum and ileum villus height and velvet implicit comparison control group increased by 12.70%,12.73%and 9.71%,10.04%(P<0.05);Group Ⅳ(4 g/kg)implicit comparison group Ⅰ and Ⅵ increased by 8.00%and 6.69%(P<0.05).3.Effects of calcium poly malic acid on intestinal microbial community structure of broilers.At 21 and 42 days of age sample sequencing depth averaged 0.9926,richness and diversity of the microbial community of experimental group was higher than the control group,Group Ⅳ(4 g/kg)in the small intestine lactobacilli richness 68.79%was significantly higher than other group(P<0.05).Above all:In the daily drinking water to add 2-6 ml/L or added in the diet of 4 to 12 g/kg of calcium poly malic acid can effectively improve the production performance of broilers,slaughter performance and meat quality,promote the chicken to the absorption of calcium,phosphorus,raise chicken antioxidant capacity,improve chicken breed of small intestine environment promote the lactobacillus and enterococcus,improve poultry intestinal digestion ability,enhance the immune power of the broiler.In groups IV add 4 g/kg calcium poly malic acid effect is best. |
